Three months ago, I paid Executive American Dating service 1997 for the following matchmaking services outlined on their website: 1. Our experienced counselors offer old-fashioned matchmaking while maintaining todays high standards of professional care. 2. You will have the same matchmaking counselor that works with you until you find your perfect match. 3. Making a joint effort, you and your matchmaking counselor work with each other towards finding the perfect partner. 4. You will receive between two and seven introductions per month on average. 5. All introductions are individually selected and are qualified individuals. 6. Our membership fees ensure that member are well-established, well-educated and serious professionals.

Outlined below are the facts regarding my experience with Executive American Dating since February 28, 2008: 1. My matchmaking counselor will not return my calls or emails. 2. No introductions in past 12 weeks; since mid-March 3. A total of two introductions received and NEITHER were qualified individuals. First was not available since already involved in a dating relationship Second was not well-established, well-educated or professional

I submitted payment to Executive American Dating in the amount of 1,997.00 to receive the matchmaking services explained to me verbally as well as those clearly described. I have not received these services. Therefore, as a consumer, I am entitled to a refund for services never rendered.

Same story as the rest: paid 1447 for a year of service. I have been unable to reach anyone at the firm, except for an email telling me a refund was not an option! How about some service then? DO NOT PAY THESE GUYS ANYTHING. I signed up for Executive Washington DC dating.

1447 electronic check gone.

I paid 1357 for a year long membership to have a personal match matching service that guaranteed two introductions per month. Contacts were based on personal info obtained thru interview with assigned counselor and online profile. Counselors supposedly work together to hand pick appropriate matches.

In the first month I recieved three contacts (with much urging on my part), all of which were problematic: one was not available, having just met someone through the service (shouldn't his counselor have known this and taken him out of the available pool? You are supposed to contact your counselor after a date to update your status; in retrospect, I recieved this contact the day after I finished my profile online-- sounds like they wanted to show how well the service works!);

#2 had a school-age child-- I had emphatically stated NO CHILDREN in both my interview and my written profile (Contact #2 never replied to me when I warned him that I thought there was ittle 'personalized' service going on here and he should contact his counselor: did he even exist, or was he truly even a client of Exec. CT?).

#3 never recieved my profile and said I must have seen his profile on Match.com and who was I and did I want to meet him?! He emailed me 3 times insisting that it was through Match.com that I had encountered him. When I tried several times to question Exec. CT about this, (and starting well before this 3rd contact asked repeatedly for a phone contact from my personal counselor, something I was assured I could have at any time), I recieved very vague responses that did not address my concerns, did not explains their errors, and none of the emails mentioned my counselor or my repeated requests for contact from her.I have checked for complaints online and have read accounts that sound exactly like mine, including one where someone was sent a contact from match.com! Please crack down on this dishonesty and misrepresentation.

Loss of privacy, Loss of 1357 and will now hire lawyer to consult and possibly prosecute.

I would like to express my satisfaction with Executive Dating. I have been a member of Great Expectations, It's Just Lunch, as well as some local organizations with no success. In most instances, these companies put more effort into their sales pitch then finding matches for their clients. My One Year membership with Executive Dating just expired. Executive Dating has been a very different experience all together. First, the counselors are very courteous and helpful and really care to help you in your search. They are genuine and know what they are talking about and pay close attention to detail. Second, their process makes sense. It is very simple and is based on traditional techniques that existed for hundreds of years. During my membership, they provided me with introductions that meet my specifications. I went on many dates and established many new friendships. I have connected with one individual in particular with whom I have been in regular contact with and it looks like we are a perfect match! It takes time. I would strongly suggest that you place Executive Dating on your shopping list as they are very reasonable in fees and provided what they advertise and more.
