Mercedes of West Haven, CT October 26, 2009 I use Facebook as a marketing tool for my small business. I specialize in copper jewelry. As a former resident of Atlanta, I knew Nora H. through the artist circuit. She does very good crochete work. I reached out to her because she is on facebook as well. She left me her phone number and I called her. We agreed that I would buy crochete earrings from her for my winter inventory. The wholesale price was 70.00 and she would send me about 8 pair. I provided my adress, phone number. On Oct 16 2009, I brought a money pak from Rite Aid and reloaded the money into the account number that Ms. Nora H. provided for me. Once finished I confirmed to Nora the money was available. She asked for a little extra for shipping and handling. Two days later I called and Nora said she hadn't sent off the items. I called a day later, she said she just left the post office but she was driving and she didn't have the confirmation number. I called her a day later, she said she was with her mom, her car broke down and she'd get me the confirmation number from fed ex later. Days have gone by and Nora won't return my calls, she won't give me the tracking number, she won't reply back on face book, return texts, or refund cash. Usually, I would never pursue such matters. However, I am a government employee and I work very hard for my salary. I don't have time for theft, petty or not. She hurt my business because my clients had orders waiting for the crochete earrings. I know that it will cost more to pursue this. However, Ms. H. needs to learn how to conduct business more honestly. The result is I had to cancel a jewelry party that was set for Oct 23, 2009. I had to turn away about 20 clients who's main interest was crochete earrings. There are no crochete artist in New Haven, Ct. I would have used that time to promote Nora H.'s products and direct them to facebook. Kim of Alexandria, VA October 25, 2009 It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone at Facebook regarding problems with my account. The Help section only puts you in a loop of 200,000 others users experienceing the same issue. NOONE from facebook EVER answers or contacts users to help resolve issues. NO email, NO phone and NO address is presented for resolution of complaints. Please help. Vishal of Mumbai, India October 16, 2009 As earlier july a contest has been opened for developers in india. We worked on learning and developing the application. But all the dates are passed, since there is no feedback's or responses from the page and from facebook regarding winners selection. Reports has been sent many times to facebook. Kathleen of waterbury, CT October 13, 2009 I have not been able to access my account for days. Facebook says the issue is resolved. It is not. I have put money from my credit card into games i can only get to through Facebook. I cannot get a reply from them, and I do not intend to write my mpney off as a loss. selena of loughborough, WY September 25, 2009 slander abuse derogatory. dont want to live any more! can not leave house. can not go to work. going to hae to leave town. henry of singapore, Singapore September 21, 2009 Facebook has breached the law by intruding my privacy, as it has automatically created an account using my email account WITHOUT my knowledge. As facebook system then automatically invited friends, it has created embarassment David of Delray Beach, FL September 17, 2009 On August 9th 2009 my facebook account got disabled. With no warnings or notices from Facebook of anything wrong with my account. I am giving full rights approval concent to the Federal Government or any other parties to view my email account. To prove that Facebook did not send any kind of warnings, notice or message of any violations of my account. Yes, my account grew very rapidly but, there was no communication on facebook's end about my account. I need to speak with my friends and family about my recent step-fathers death. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the State of CA as well. I just want my account enabled. Thank you, Foxey of Brooklyn, NY September 16, 2009 I've signed up to join the site three times and each time it said my name was rejected. When I contacted the Facebook team I received an automated response saying that someone will get back to me and they never did. I feel I am being discriminated against because I have a reputation on the internet as being outspoken and I am a strong-minded attractive women who refuse to be intimitaded by any of these on-line cliques who truthfully are basically jealous. mikayla of Millville, MN September 16, 2009 I was so excited to get a face book.I signed up, it said I had to confirm my e-mail address.I tried to confirm my e-mail address, but it would never, show up in mine and parents inbox to confirm. So,I tried to sign up again for about 3 more times.Still nothing worked. Kerstin of New York, NY September 13, 2009 Same issue as reported by other user on 9/10: I changed my login email address on Facebook from work email to personal email last month, upon changing jobs. Logging into Facebook with my new email address didn't work though. Since I continued to be logged into the system from my home computer, I made multiple attempts to change the email address - without success. When I finally got logged out of Facebook on my home computer by default, I suddenly had no more access to Facebook. I immediately contacted Facebook for help through their online forms (Sep 8) and got a standard reply saying that Facebook cannot help me gain access because I did not email from the address on the account. However, had they bothered checking, they would have seen that my profile shows my personal email address ONLY. Also, they would have noted that all updates/friend requests are currently sent to my personal email address. I emailed another address I found on the site (abuse@facebook.com) only to be ignored again. Report Your Experience
