Please help - very distressed and disaspointed.

Paula of Scarborough, ON September 3, 2009

I believe my contact info is being sold , transferred to a data base and now I'm receiving requests to act on someone's behalf who is dying and needs to pass on their estate. These "appear" to come from a attorney's office/lawyer.

Angela of Brampton, ON September 1, 2009

Since when can "friends" or people on Facebook get your account disabled without warning. Who's in charge...Facebook or the 50 million users? Almost two weeks ago by account was disabled without any warning. I do boudoir photo shoots and posted the tastefuly, non-nude or explicit pictures and ALSO made sure 90% of the people on my Facebook has no access to the album just close girlfriends and guy friends however I went to login and my account was disabled. Johanna from User Support reactivated my account 48 hours later but that same day my account was disabled again without warning, meanwhile Facebook already removed the 4 photos that they believed violated their terms of use. Why was I disabled again. I always get hung up on when I call their customer service line and it takes 48 hours PLUS to receive a reply from someone. I still have not got my account reactivated an Marissa from User Support said my account was disabled and will ever be reactivated.

I have 40+ albums of my son who will be four years old that they will not let me have (even knowing he is going for brain surgery in one month) nor will they inform me who, what, or why my account was disabled for the second time after they already removed the content that they say violated their terms. I then since re-opened another Facebook account and 4 days later after opening it, it has been disabled. I am quite disgusted with their customer service and lack of warning and information. I still havent received a reply why my second account was disabled and who is torturing me on my account and causing this to happen. I'm a very furious and frazzled user right now. What should I do?

Jennifer of Castroville, TX August 30, 2009

My account was hacked and inappropriate material was written and forwarded to the workplace. I cannot log into my facebook account and I have tried numerous times to request they disable or cancel the account. The person who hacked all of my accounts admitted to it, but it still leaves me without access and with a number of other unresolved issues.

i was trying to talk to a friend when i got uncomfortable with all the information that was being requested...so i stopped...within a week many people responded to my 'request' for them to be my 'friend' this means that facebook went into my personal information...TOOK IT...AND THEN LIED...by saying that i wanted this other contact....

Tracy of Schenectady, NY August 29, 2009

Facebook disabled my account. You cannot contact anyone. I have tried repeatedly - I requested information to support reason that they disabled my acount and it was just more links more links more links. I have a right to know why - and it should be available to me when I ask for it. Furthermore, someone can report someone for abuse for no reason at all..and if this happens your account is disconnected. I was playing a game that they created - they shoud be able to identify people on line playing a game from spam. Before your account is disabled - you should be able to see the information that they have.

face book is really excellent entertainment application , However some of the people are using this social network site as a harassment tool. I have heard so many story about how some fake person create the account in face book and send bad emails of some one. So, I suggest face book should stop its mailing serving to other people until and unless they are friends. Now any one can send any thing about anyone. I hope face book will realized what's going on around. If this is not stop now then face book will loose huge number of customer.
