I got a security alert that my fb account may have been hacked on 4/1/26 from a phone number in the UK. Very suspicious but sure enough my account was taken down. They asked me to prove my identity through a credit card which was long expired and gone. They said they'd send an SMS but to a phone number which was disconnected. They said to go to the help page but that's down too. I have been constantly trying to get in touch with them and gave them the correct phone number. No response at all. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. That too was ignored. Shortly before this took place I was harassed on fb by an obsessed stalker. I never responded to her. I blocked her and reported her to fb. They told me that she violated community standards. I hoped that was the end of it but maybe it wasn't. She is clearly deeply disturbed. I have to conclude that fb's behavior is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and very poor.

I’ve had my Facebook account for over 20 years, and it was suddenly disabled without any clear explanation or real opportunity to appeal. This wasn’t just a social account. It contained years of personal photos, memories, and connections that I cannot replace. I was also the sole administrator of a memorial page for a deceased family member, and because my account was disabled, my family has now completely lost access to that page.

I have been a Facebook, Meta customer for at least 18 years, out of nowhere, Meta emailed me that my conduct did not meet community standards on 3/18/26. They used artificial intelligence to suspend all of my accounts, Meta (my occulus and glasses) Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. I was told to appeal and that same day, my meta was reinstated. After many attempts to contact facebook's non existent support, I still have zero access to my Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. I am very disappointed as I have also spent money many many times on Facebook. All of my family and friends keep asking where is my Facebook. This is beyond unbelievable!!!!!!

I’ve been a member of Facebook since 2009 and have a good record of abiding by their community standards, I was recently locked out for basically no reason. I cannot get any support or access the marketplace, which is where I supplemented most of my income, nor am I any longer able to keep in touch with family and friends as I work a lot and this is my only way of being in the loop. Has this happened to anybody else? Are you locked out? I can’t get back in. AI is the only person or machine. I should say that gives you automated responses and then you get locked out with no explanation. All they said was I did not comply with their community standards like, what did I do?

When logging into my account I was told that my password was incorrect. It is the same password I used the day before. So I first clicked on "forgot password". That results in a message saying you will receive an email or an SMS message for code. I chose SMS. I made that choice at least 2 dozen times but no code ever came. I went into the chat feature asking for help. After waiting for 45 minutes with multiple "agents" I was told that I HAD to install the app on my phone for them to help me. I repeatedly told one "agent" after another that I do not want the app on my phone and that there must be another method by which I could either retrieve or change my password. They kept saying NO, there is no other way. I know this is a lie. First I am locked out, no notice is given, then they refuse to help in any way. These people cannot be this incompetent. They must have a reason for wanting to get into people's phones.

Facebook has continually targeted me over my religious beliefs and speaking the truth. I share things on my OWN profile page and they continue to target me and ban and block me. Now they are trying to permanently remove my account that I've had for a long time. I share nothing violent or hateful yet if I share a scripture for the day. This is deemed hateful and goes against their community standards. But it's ok for people to threaten me and use all sorts of profane words towards me and when I report this stuff they find nothing wrong with it. I want to sue Facebook for everything they have and I hope people team up with me and do the same with me that have experienced the same thing.

Facebook is a fun way of learning new recipes, looking up old school friends, online ideas, online remote work or just scrolling through for fun. I can go through Facebook not knowing how time passed by per day from all the interesting facts that I read.

I feel very very angry, hurt and frustrated with Facebook. I made SEVERAL ATTEMPTS to create a new account. They accused me of "not complying with their community rules and regulations." They denied my appeal each time. I am so heartbroken! Now I can't reconnect with my former classmates, or cousins.

I contacted Meta about a dead battery issue in my Meta Ray Ban glasses. The chatbot transferred me to this "computer technician" who was a friendly person and asked the right question, but in the end just gave me the runaround and phone number to Amazon. Even though I pointed out this was a Meta issue and the Amazon purchase was outside their warranty time frame. I felt he was just not helpful at all. Just pushed me off to another.

Facebook has an international ring of scammers that offers engines and transmission at a low cost. Ads are all similar with the scammer using ads that look similar and usually posted by fake names who have either joined Facebook in 2024/25 or 26 with no ratings. These scammers appear to know how to continuously open new accounts and repost hundreds of the same ads. Some are even hiding under sponsored listings. Facebook does absolutely no screening whatsoever.

Facebook is blocking me from sharing content to the groups that I am a member of. In my opinion this is a violation of my FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS. They will not respond to any reports that I have sent.

I deleted my account on September 4, 2025 after being on Facebook over 15 years because Facebook made it so that I could only post once per day. I was a member of 15 groups so that was impossible. They said I made a racist post and I was trying to get new friends to scam. This was untrue, but when I tried to appeal, I was sent to a page that asked for my user ID and password. I was already logged in to Facebook, so I think that appeals page was a scam. I gave up on Facebook because there seems to be no human person to appeal to. The entire site appears to be run by AI. It is sad because I had some great friends on Facebook and was able to contact friends and family using Facebook Messenger. I was in great groups and met cool people in the groups. It's all about ads and scams now. Beware of Facebook.

My Meta/Facebook account was disabled without explanation. I followed all available appeal steps and submitted multiple communications, including formal demand letters, but received no response. I remain unable to access my account, content, or linked services, and no clear resolution has been provided.

I am submitting this report because Facebook has completely failed its users by offering no real customer service of any kind. Unlike other major services—including dating apps, third-party platforms, and even government agencies like the IRS, which now provide 24-hour customer support with real human representatives—Facebook relies entirely on automated systems, AI detectors, and Meta-managed bots. There is no option to speak to an actual person through phone, chat, or video.

I joined Facebook to reconnect with family, friends and associates. Every time I put my information in and post pictures that aren't Inappropriate they get deleted or relocated. Can someone explain to me why? Even if someone doesn't like the positive words and pictures on them, you just don't do that because of who you know that has partnership or owner of the Facebook company. Facebook is a well known company as you know, sometimes the owner or partnerships doesn't have control of what their employees does when they don't know what the issues are at hand; but when they do please take action to make your company successful, also the public are satisfied and they continually trust your business. The only thing am asking respectfully is just send me a request and I'll take the positive information and pictures off in the further. Thank you for allowing the public to reconnect, memories and their knowledge with others on Facebook.

This Woke anti-Christ socialism media should be boycotted. They are Anti free speech. Without any warning, nor explanation will disable account without a living person to contact to resolve any matter. I posted a warning about a scam to my friends and immediately the page was disabled without warning. It doesn't care if you lose all your work and there are no person to reply to and not a clear option for appeal, and to download my information, which didn't work, and only retrieved a few profile pics and nothing more. May they reap what they have sowed.

Facebook's automated system permanently banned me from accessing my Facebook account! Citing: "Account integrity" as the reason after I tried using my Facebook account on a new phone! This completely automated system is flawed and should have a live assistant option.

I am being blocked for TYPING TOO FAST. This nonsense happened years ago on Facebook and stopped for a couple of years and now it is happening again to me. I got paid by CIVIL SERVICE for 37 years because of my typing speed! I fill out Feedback and am ignored. I am 70 years old and Facebook treats us like wayward children. Facebook ignores feedback on multiple false accounts people create; highly questionable material; half naked or fully naked people who "advertise" themselves and other things never taken seriously.

I find it interesting that Facebook allows some types of people to say anything that is a lie, cheating and/or corrupt! Such as Moving companies "Saying trust us" and steal people's money. Or a write up about the incredible destruction of cities by ICE, crooked repub's and even higher up government officials! I made a little story up about ICE with no vulgarness. Just pointing out the stupidity and they have blocked my account!! More power to the news feeds that block free speech!!

So I was going to delete my account on Facebook, and I as asked to keep my account active by my kids, the issues I have now is I don't have access to the cell number to follow through 2 step verification, and I have tried to contact face book to have this resolved, I have google "customer service" and everything that comes up to make a complaint wants you to log in.. Issues is I can't login, and there is no way to contact Facebook, not surprised more and more people are going to other platforms and staying away from Facebook, or even making multi accounts, this is the worst experience I have ever dealt with from a social media platform... Absolutely appalling customer service.
