i have called these people about an item that my wife and i found on her credit report and they have not yet got in touch with us. after 15 msg left on there voice mail we want to find out what it is and get it off. please help. this makes no sense. they can call us for money but cant help with wrongful items. they can look at my wife's account with them. she has paid off every account

A an with an Indian accent called my work and left a harrasing message on my voicemail on a day that I was not there. Stated that i owe money i commited fraud and i yelled at him and old him to transfer me to someone who talks real english and knows the facts because it all sounds crazy. The second person gets on his name is rick and he states I borrowed 500.00 in march of 2009 through bank of america and that i never payed this loan back. don't know what he is talking about but he is nuts. he threatened me with wage garnishment and criminal charges.

Thursday 6/4/09 I rec'd a message to contact Officer Derick Brown at work, so I returned his called and he asked who was that I identified myself and he stated who he was..He begin by saying is this Ida Miller and I said yes and he listed my bank info in full. Very rude and arrogant stated that I had committed online fraud regarding a loan that I took out sometime 5/15/08 of last year which I did not remember anything about. Collection agency collecting a debt he stated that if I did not take care of this matter today that I would be served a warrant for my arrest,

so I said let me call you back because I was at work and I could not discuss this over the phone, so I called him back and he said we have discussed this matter and you will pay today or be arrested I don't care how you pay it by credit/debit card whoevers account just pay today or you will be arrested.

so when I arrive home by daughter got the message stated that one of your family members has committed fraud and you too will be arrested along with her if this matter is not resolved. I tried to report it to Oak park police dept but the officer made me so upset that I just left because she stated that when she called D. Brown that this was an attempt to collect a dept. But yet he would not give me a phone number to contact so I am scared because these people have my information and I don't know what to do about it.

He scared me so bad I even contacted the FBI because I was so afraid of being arrested for something that I did not know or remember anything about. Please help me resolve this matter.

Had been contacted by Mr. Walkowski in later part Dec.2008 concerning the Premier Bankcard Inc. debt they have.after much discussion with Trav as well as another represenitive he transfered me to they stated that the account be settled for 350.00 and that would recieve statements not only showing the settlement amount but as well when the stated amount was paid would recieve statement showing that was paid.

on 14th Jan. 2009, Trav phoned my residence in evening stating that the 1st 175.00 payment was due following day the 15th Jan. again ask Trav where statements were confirming that settlement that agreed upon and terms discussed. is reply was that would recieve them.over next month ever recieved any such documentation. contacted Arrow Financial several times over month thru their website customer site concerning this matter and finally told them would be no further payments till recieved the stated paperwork.

On Feb 18th again Trav. W. made call to my home again stating that would get the required statements out but wasnt sure would recieve them by time the finale payment of 175.00 was to be sent to them on2/20/2008.againn sent payment via creditcard payment thru pay my bill site and have confirmation numbers to verify this that were made.as yet still never recieved any types statements concerning this matter. Per Arrow Financial's websites seen that this company has history of very ruthless tactics and has had history of legal actions against them.

I want this matter with them to end and not have wait for more calls from them or any other these parasite organazations concerning this debt. As tried explaining to Trav as well as female member that am 100% disabled and live on a limited income and that it wasnt as if had the 175.00 month laying around to pay a credit card debt that had been charged off many years ago.

as result the having use my credit card for the two payments to Arrow Financial in Jan.  2009 and Feb. 2009 this credit card payments had be made at expense paying my gas bills that had be arranged with gas company keep heating fuel deliveries to my residence. as stated above living on my sosial secrity etc does not leave me after paying my monthly bills any monies left pay these parasites who prey on people who who are not able pay.

Years ago I had a credit card with Providian, now Washington Mutual, I was having financial trouble and tried to work with them. They wanted more then I could afford so I stopped paying. Now years later Arrow financial shows up on my credit report.I have filed a complaint with the Credit agency as I do not owe Arrow anything. They have filed incorrect date on my credit report, giving wrong dollar amount and dates to suit their own need. They hounded me with calls 5-6 per day.

The other day I receive a court summons that they have filed suit against me. I filed an answer with the courts and will be claiming Statue of Limitations has ran out. The filing cost me 75.00 which could have been put to much better use.

verbally harassed me over the phone and when I paid them they failed to send it to the credit beuro I paid my balence to them and never got any thing back in the mail saying it was paid and now I'm trying to get a home owners loan and cant because the never reported it to the credit buero that the account was paid for

It was bought to my attention that a bill that i thought was paid was not. the lending company wanted a statement from arrow saying that this bill was paid even though it was deleted from my credit report. after i realize the bill wasn't paid we took part of our settlement money and western union quick collect the 1700.00 cash settlement to arrow with the promise that the receipt would be faxed to us or whom ever that day by tyra.i called the next day to verify if the payment had been applied to my account and spoke to a carlos who insisted on interrogation about another bill they had before acknowlegding that arrow had recieved the money and that it had been applied to my account.

i called the lady at the mortgage company to see if she had received the fax. she had not. i called arrow back and explained that tyra ray had promised that the receipt would be faxed when the money was applied to my account at arrow's 6000 extension. i was told i dialed the wrong extention and was being switched to there customer care department. i explained the situation again. the unidentified female putted her supervisor on the phone. i told him the same story. he again started with the interrogation about the other bill and even a bill arrow didn't own.

i was on hold for over 30 minutes with someone coming on line now and again to see if i was still holding. during one of these episode to see if i was still there i overheard a personal at arrow say don't send her anything. i continued to hold. after a very long wait a female came on line and asked can i help you. i told her the same story. she asked for the fax number which i gaved her and said the receipt would be faxed today.

i asked if she could give me a specific time. she saild no sometime this afternoon. i called the mortgage co again to see if she had received the fax. she had not. so i called consumer affairs. by law does arrow have to submit a receipt to me for payment as promised which was immediatly by fax as they promised? sincerly,

while trying to be patient and wait for arrow to finally fax the receipt. i received a call stating the seller of the home we are trying to purchase need this matter settled immediately. they hate to have to put the house back on the market. patiently still waiting.
