I receive a stamtent collected money from me from this collection company from origianl center VEROZON in the amount of 257.96 They are clamming I owed this money to the VERIZON company. I don't recall having VERIZON as my home service. I believe this is an error from tthe company. I'm requesting an investigation from this company's DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTIONS, LLC and VERIZON.

I was told that is going to damage my credit report; they was asking personal information; like ( SS#;DB; & account #)

recieved a collection letter from debt recovery saying i owe verizon 223.83 for a home phone line at my parents house. My father and I have the same name. They still live at that current address 761 expressway dr north medford ny 11763. I called them to show proof that this is my account, I requested a copy of the contract you sign when you sign up for service which has your name, DOB, SS# on it. They send a copy of the bill which has none of that,

I call them again today 1/29/09 when I recieved the copies of the bill telling them this still doesn't prove this is my account I told them this is my parents bill send this to them it has their address. I also explained to him that when I sigh up for thing I use my middle initial or my legal name francis to avoid this. Because this has happened before. I then told him that i want this off my credit report because this is not my debt and I am not paying it. The man told me no he is not going to do that, and that I have to prove to him that this isn't my account, which I replied to him that I would like a copy of the original contract from verizon which will prove them wrong that this isn't my account I want to know why that verizon doesn't have this, i would have to guess that they are required to save this to prove a dispute.

It has had a negative impact on my credit report resulting in a lower credit score resulting in the usual credit problems with credit card companies

Have been recieving letters claiming I owe money for a Verizon home phone number. The number listed was for a numeber I once had in New Paltz NY. I requested proof of the charges and did eventually recive a copy of a bill for December of 2002. I had not lived at that address since October however and had cancelled the service.

Afraid they are going to mess up my credit report. Just recieved a nasty letter from the company hinting at the consequences of not paying them.
