I called seeking help with Debt Management and through very high pressure tactics I signed up for something I could not possibly pay for. I let them take $200.00 immediately from my account towards the program. I then thought about the impossibility of the contract they offered and decided to cancel that arrangement. I never received any paperwork from them to sign up it was all done by phone and fax and most have allowances of 30 days to change the contract or to decline. They are refusing to return the $200.00.
