William of Cusick WA (02/27/08)
I had two credit cards that were very high interest & it seemed that I was not making any headway paying minimum or double payments. I signed on with Debticated 5 years ago. They said they contacted my two creditors & arranged for interest & payments to be lowered. I paid them for at least 5 years. Early December 2007 I aquired enough finances to pay off the two creditors. I arranged through Debticated to them off. 12/21/2007 was the pay off date. This is now February 27th and I have recieved two letters from each creditor stating that I still owe them quite a bit of money!

I called Debticated 2/11/08, 2/19/08, 2/20/08 & 2/27/08 with no results as to what they are going to do to fix the mess they made. The only advice I get fro them is that they will have a representitive call me with in the next 24 to 48 hours. I am tired of the run-around with no results!

The result is that I have to continue to make payments on two accounts that were supposed to hav been paid off completely.

Cassandra of Birmingham AL (01/20/08)
A contract was set up with Debticated/A New Horizon and the company was later sold after the initial payment was made. The second company didn't have the same policy that I agreed on. I lost my upfront payment and my creditors were not paid.

Dewey of Ephrata PA (8/9/03):
I had two VISA accounts which had never been late. I felt as though the high rate was preventing me from making a dent in the principal balance. I was paying a good bit more than the mininum payment required, but it still wasn't going down. After my initial consultation with DEBTicated, I felt sure that they could get me a better rate and had hopes of paying off my debt within a year. Six months later, I owe more than I did to start. I am now being harassed by the companies who were offering me more credit because DEBTicated has not been sending the payments to the correct accounts! Phone calls and letters have not solved the problem. I'm going to attempt a "deal" on my own! DEBTICATED ruined my good credit!.

Joanna of Tarzana CA (7/26/03):
After paying the $100 "set up fee" I kept getting calls from the creditor who never heard of Debticated, although Debticated claimed they were contacting the creditor for payment amount approval. After plenty of faxed letters and phone calls to Mr. Brasington and his supervisor (all with no response) during a three month period, I gave up and went back to the creditor to set up a reparation program.

My credit report is now derogatory and I've accrued $2,500 more on the credit card from late fees and higher interest during delinquency.

Miguel of San Francisco writes (9/6/02):
I signed up to have my debt consolidated and sent my intial payment of $166.00 and nothing has been paid and they have no record of my file or that I ever joined the program. I can't ever get the rep to call me back and I've attempted to get my money back but they never return my phone calls. I feel robbed.

I've been attempting to establish a credit repayment and fix my financial situation but I can't with a company who has stolen my money.

Joanne of Tempe AZ (3/10/03):
I have been with this company since Oct 31 and my problems have not been solved. They have screwed up the whole thing. I want out and need to start all over.
