Debtscape's response to consumer complaints:
Debtscape is committed to providing sound money management alternatives to all who contact our company. Whether they are a client or not, all inquiring parties are provided with financial management information designed to help those in need of assistance. Debtscape takes all consumer complaints very seriously and has availed itself to direct complaint resolution through a direct link to our CEO on our website (www.debtscape.org). We encourage any clients with a problem to call our write an email. It is our promise that all inquires will be addressed and resolution will be sought.
In accordance with our complaint policy, Debtscape has continuously attempted to contact all of the complainants listed on consumeraffairs.com. To date we have only received one response and we are amicably working with that consumer to address all concerns. Debtscape’s mission is to help those in need, not make situations worse. If there is a problem that has been created by our company, we will take full ownership and do everything we can to resolve the issues.
