My wife went to the business listed above for credit counseling. She was informed by Malik that he could take her file and remove the majority of negative information from it, legally. I claimed that for a fee he would have her credit file repaired. He quoted her a price which she paid in cash and waited for the entries to be removed from her file. Once he was paid, Malik stopped returning my wife's phone calls and proceeded to break every appointment she made with him, with no advance notice.

This has caused a great strain on us financially. He was given $1,300.00 to complete the job and he just kept our money and did nothing. The money we gave him as payment was to be used to expand our in-home day care. We were trying to clear our credit so lenders would look on us more favorably. We are now out the money and her credit file still remains the same. We have been unable to expand our business and now have to pay the money we would have spent on expansions, back. We have sued and won a judgement against him, but he refuses to pay.

Anthony should hire a collection agency to collect the judgment.
