T of Lutz FL (6/3/05):
New leaf Associates promised to eliminate consumers credit card debt or student loans for an upfront fee of $3800 to $5300. We made the check payable to Quantum Business Solutions and the marketing firm. They have nearly 4000 clients across the US and to this date have cleared no debts unless it was from a few who "rocked the boat" for them.

We signed up June 2004 and are financially ruined. Up until October 2004 or so clients were told to stop all payments and the process would take apprx 180 days and after our debt was cleared, we would receive a full refund of our fee.

Several clients have taken bankruptcy, had to sell their houses, have liens, judgments, garnishments. NLA has lied the whole time, one excuse after another from the hurricanes last year to the patriot act freezing their funds. They collected millions of dollars and now say they do not have the money to clear our debt. They are being investigated by the Florida AG. We want what we paid for, our debt cleared and a refund of our fee. If they cannot clear our debt they can pay the late fees etc and restore our credit back the way it was prior to signing up with NLA. That is what they promised to do.
