Angelo, the FedEx delivery person, met me at the gate to my community because my gate code would not unlock. He went out of his way to meet me there—otherwise I would have missed the delivery of very important medicine I take called Atruby. When I met him, he had a big smile on his face and was genuinely happy to see me. His smile was so bright, I didn’t even need the gate to open—I could’ve followed that glow straight to my door! I have to say that he’s an excellent representation of FedEx and that he should receive some type of commendation.

Was in store on 4/12/26. Deanna went above and beyond helping us with some MN docs and printing. So very patient and knowledgeable.

We want to thank M KC B, the delivery man, who, professional, responsible and thoughtful, took an extra care of our items and helped load them on the trailer in the drive way while we were not home. Thank you M KC B and FedEx. Door tag Number **; location **.

I'd recommend FedEx to have a deep reinstruction on the importance of customer service on the job. Whether it being their career choice or a step towards them heading in the right direction. They must be taught some decency and common courtesy when dealing with common people. Unfortunately, I've had another horrible encounter with FedEx, as everyone seems to have mentioned as well. Apparently, the FedEx office number on the card I received by the employee who was too busy to help me, led me to call a representative who called himself "King". This representative knew the problem I had with the desk that I returned to FedEx. He literally could see the problem on his end; as he was describing what was sent to my email on his end. But he told me it wasn't & it was my fault that I didn't print out and put a label on the box that had the missing parts for the desk.

All I know is he wasn't the person I returned it to and his choice of words for customer service was trash. Especially after I was done with the call, he told me he was expediting my refund to 5 business days (which is a week) and I did not get my money back like he said! FedEx did nothing good for me; I hope they do better. Everyone's mannerism who worked there was off like they were carelessly undertrained. My tip for those at FedEx is to know more than your customer knows about your job and have discernment to care enough about them and the company's reviews to handle the issue properly. A response to a customer who's trying to inquire about an item that was returned to your small store a part of Walmart is not "there's a long line". Stressful? Yes. Inconsiderate? No.

I wish l could leave ZERO stars. We take in a ton of deliveries and very rarely does anyone use FedEx, and it turns out there's a reason for that! Out of the probably 20+ deliveries we've received from FedEx, none, that's ZERO of them have arrived on the date supplied. As a matter of fact, I can't recall a single package arriving on the second day! I'm not exaggerating. And mind you, we live in the Capitol city of Ohio, so we're not difficult to reach. I will never use this company voluntarily again. And if a seller is using FedEx we will seriously consider not buying with them. DO BETTER OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS FOREVER.

Whatever you do, do not use FedEx. They will lie to you. Customer service will not help you, they deliver packages to the wrong place. So if you don’t have to use FedEx don’t use them. They are the worst.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with FedEx regarding my delivery experience. This marks the second instance in which my delivery has been mishandled. At the time I received the notification of delivery, I was outside but did not observe any FedEx truck in the vicinity. Upon tracking the delivery, I found the photo provided to be excessively blurry, rendering it difficult to discern the location of the drop-off. Consequently, after searching the area, I was unable to locate my package.

Since it’s official opening in 1973, FedEx has been focused on delivering products for consumers and businesses efficiently and quickly, utilizing air transport for express shipping. It has evolved since then to include international shipping, ground shipping, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office, which is a physical location where consumers and businesses can pack, ship, print, copy and perform other important tasks.

      • Fast shipping: The whole point of FedEx is to get packages to their destination fast. Choose between ground or air shipping, depending on where your package needs to go and when it needs to get there.

      • FedEx Freight: FedEx Freight is for businesses that need to ship heavier and larger cargo and freight. Generate your bill of lading and set up your shipping preferences online for maximum convenience.

      • Air/ocean freight forwarding: Businesses who need to ship freight overseas can easily utilize FedEx’s Air/ocean freight forwarding service. Download all the forms you need, including customs forms, from the website, then pass them on to your carrier.

      • Temperature control: Businesses that are shipping freight with temperature sensitivities can utilize FedEx’s temperature control options. Temp-assure ground and air keep  your cargo cool by placing it in a temperature controlled container.

      • FedEx Delivery Manager: Take control of when your shipments arrive by signing up for FedEx Delivery Manager. This free service allows residents to customize their delivery time, choose to have their package left at a FedEx delivery location instead of at their home, receive delivery notification or request a vacation hold.
