    Angelo, the FedEx delivery person, met me at the gate to my community because my gate code would not unlock. He went out of his way to meet me there—otherwise I would have missed the delivery of very important medicine I take called Atruby. When I met him, he had a big smile on his face and was genuinely happy to see me. His smile was so bright, I didn’t even need the gate to open—I could’ve followed that glow straight to my door! I have to say that he’s an excellent representation of FedEx and that he should receive some type of commendation.

      I had to return at TV via FedEx today, my packing skills were very poor and I was emotional about the issue of it not going to survive the journey. Three ABSOLUTELY AMAZING WOMEN in the customer service were so kind to me and helped me by repacking the TV. I am a senior and I was distraught. This made my day and restored my faith in humanity. I will never use anyone but them again. Thank you to you beautiful ladies.

      Usually no issues, but I just watched a driver on camera bringing a box to my door, looking at my dogs locked up behind a gate and then provoking them not once, but THREE times by making jumping movements towards them. Tried to report it, but they don't care enough to let you fill out a form or send an e-mail. They force you to waste your time on the phone, spelling out your name and address and who knows what...

      FedEx is the worst of all possible delivery companies. A medical device which I needed urgently was shipped on June 5 and I did not receive it until June 8. With Amazon Prime I would have received it on June 6. FedEx gets 0 stars from me.

      My son and his wife forgot to pack their suit and dress as they drove from Houston to McKinney Texas for a wedding. They realized it on Friday night and we had our other son take their clothing to a FedEx and I paid for overnight shipping to the hotel in McKinney Texas. FedEx tried to deliver it to an address in Mesquite Texas. When I contacted FedEx, they did absolutely nothing to get the clothing here for the Sunday wedding so they really screwed up our day.

      It amazing the a company claiming to be in the shipping business can be so completely incompetent. They have failed to deliver on time, the app doesn't communicate with the shipping center when you send update to hold a package, and then you call FedEx and the person can't communicate in English and says he will have a manager call you back. I will be shocked if I ever get that call.

      I've been tracking my package all day and whoever the delivery driver was used the same picture as yesterday Friday, 5/5 that showed the gate closed. I have been home ALL day with my gate WIDE OPEN and not once did someone try to deliver my package. I left my gate open due to the fact that I wasn't aware my dad didn't provide the gate code. I tried to make it easier on them. Now my delivery update shows "6/6 attempt at 4:03PM will attempt 6/8 before 8PM." Not once did someone try to deliver my package. Good thing I sent my brother a picture that they tried Friday otherwise I'd have no proof for my complaint.
