Harrassing phone recordings: My phone number is on the DO NOT CALL list. This weekend, I received five recorded messages from the Democratic Party, one identified itself as BobGraham. I don't appreciate this harrassment. Does the party have license to disregard the DNC list?

If this part of the government disrespects their own directives like this, what's the use of even voting, anymore?

Political parties and candidates are exempt from the Do Not Call law, as are charities. We assume Helga's second question is hypothetical.
