Valentino of Lakewood CA (6/16/03):
Jasmine called and asks if I want a Visa credit card with a credit line of $2500. She says after they debit my account for $296.00 they will send my credit card for 10 days. I agreed to be debited and then waited for 15 days but no credit card was sent to me.

I called their telephone number 1-800-704-9552 and talked to Miles. He says they will send me a form to sign. After fifteen days I received the form which I signed and faxed. I waited again for fifteen days and then called them that since they are not sending my credit card I am cancelling the credit card, but Jodie told me that I cannot get my money back because they will send me the credit card that they promised.

It's almost 5 months that I've been calling and sending them faxes but I haven't received any response.
