I needed medical treatment . A medical provider Thorton helped me . I explained to the Mr .Thorton that i was having some pain and earing loss in my right ear and that i have been swimming for four days straight and I thought I had an ear infection . Mr.Thorton examine the right ear ,He said I had wax build up in the right ear . A nurse
used a water pick three times to remove
the wax . Two hours later I was in extreme pain and my hearing was worse .
I returned the next day to the medical center and explained to the office staff of the problem .
The first visit
I made a copay of 30.00 . They told me
I would have to make another 30.00 copay that I should have not be responsable to pay for the revisit.The care provider Mr.Kyle revaluated my ear and told me the care provider miss diagnose the problem .Mr. Kyle said I had a very bad ear infection . He wrote me two prescriptions for the ear infection . I returned the next day to see if I could get a precription for a pain killer .The water pick treatment with the ear infection cause me extreme pain .
They would not let me see another care provider unless I payed another 30.00 Copay . I told them i should not have to pay again for a third
time for their mistakes and I should be reimbursed for the second visit . I would not pay the third copay and went to another medical provider to help me .
