I was very sick and in pain. I called the office to see if they could see me and I was told NO that there were no openings and I would have to wait. They refused me treatment. I had to go to the emergency room for treatment. That was a few months ago. Today I developed pink eye and I was told that there are no openings and that the weren't allowed to make appointments. I was told to call back tommorow. They refused to see me.

I was upset and went to the office. There was only one person in the waiting room. They were empty no cars in the parking lot. I wanted to have my records to go and I was told that there was a fee of $10.00 per page. This was outrageous. I am reporting this office to Aetna also. Thank you. The first incident I had an IBS attack. The second incident I have pink eye and developed an infection in both eyes.
