Erin of San Diego writes (5/20/01):
I paid $8,000 in January 2001 for Microsoft certification training. It was for an 8-month class. On 5/16/01, I was informed that the company had gone out of business and that there would be no more classes. I only receive about 1/3 of my training. I would like the $8,000 I paid back.

I have no money to finish my training elsewhere. I was hoping that by getting Microsoft certified I would be able to put myself in a better financial position but now I am $8,000 in debt and have no way of finishing the training.
