Fed-ex e-mails me with information that the tickets should be in no later than 12:00pm that day. Around 10:30am i recieve a e-mail from fed-ex saying that they could not deliver due to the fact that noone was available to sign the package. the address that the tickets were sent to is an apartment with a doorman present 24 hrs. a day. fed-ex ground, dhl, and ups had no problem delivering packages that morning, but for some reason fed-ex express did. i contacted fed-ex and they attempted to reach the driver on several occassions, and was not able to reach the driver apparently. i called the customer service number listed on the bestticketsforless.com website, and explained the situation above. they said they would give us another pair of tickets for the show (which then was around 1:00pm), but we would have to go pick-up the tickets from a branch in chicago. given that the location of the ticket vendor in chicago, it would have equaled a 40-50 dollar cab ride round trip with less than an hour to make it to the show. i asked them if anything else could be done, since there was a reason we needed the 2:00pm show. a very rude person by the name of Brad, said he did not know what else he could do except give us an extra pair of tickets that we would have to go pay a 40-50 cab ride for. i explained that the extra pair of tickets would not be doing us a favor, since we had to make the particular show. i asked for a refund knowing that i had a legit reason. Brad started to raise his voice in a manner that was not very polite saying that it is my fault that the tickets did not get to me. from my understanding, if the ticket vendor and fed-ex had scheduled a delivery and the fed-ex driver decides not to show up, it does not become our fault nor does it make any sense for us to pay additional money to pick up tickets we should have had. then i ask to speak to the manager, Brad then puts on another man, by the name of mike on the phone who is clearly not a manager. the manager did not even know what was going on. to this manager i explained the situation and if he were in my shoes if he would want to deal with what is going on. this manager replies, i guess i wouldn't... so do you want the tickets? the tickets arrive at the address around 3:45pm that day, which i declined to accept the package.
