BMG Music Club

Eunhye of Ann Arbor MI (03/26/09)
I subscribed to the music subscription program provided by yourmusic.com, an affiliate of BMG music service in February. The company promises to send one music CD from queue of the subscriber for 6.99 each month. At first, the service seemed to be legitimate and so far, I have received two CDs since my subscription started. I've been receiving emails informing that CDs in my queue are out of stock and thus removed from the queue.

I've been trying to access the website to update my queue, without any success for the website says the monthly fee will be still charged even if the queue is empty. The invoice includes no customer service telephone number or email or other ways to contact the company to address the problem. The only way to contact them is through email, whose address is only available on their website, which is inaccessible.

After google search, I found out there are many people having experienced similar problems. Those who tried to contact them through email on their website reported that the link to the email doesn't work and whenever they filled out the complaint in the email and clicked the submit button, the website displays a message saying that the website is unavailable or the url does not exist. I would like to find a way to contact the companyin order to cancel my subscription. I would really appreciate if you could resolve this issue and keep me updated on the progress. Thank you very much.

I have been trying to refinance my home because my wife got inflammatory breast cancer last fall and we have 4 boys and no medical insurance I couldnt figure out why my credit score had dropped so much . I tried a few months later to get an emergency loan from my bank to fly my family from alaska to denver because my wifes mom is dieng of ovarian cancer and get shot down once again because my credit score was once again just a little too low.

The loan officer says your credit really looks pretty good if it weren't for the collection on there with BMG music. BMG is ruining my life I am going to end up homeless with my family if I don't pay the 187 they claim i owe .I have never in my entire life have done any business with them. I really want to sue them They have to be held accountable for causing so much hardship this cant be legal .

We have endured extreme problems over just our credit score and BMG is the only negative report on it. My family is truelly suffering because of my damaged credit. now my wife might not be able to see her mom before she dies because I can't get a small lone for the tickets out of Alaska .

7 years ago I had bought cd's from BMG, paid for them, and then cancelled my membership. They continued to mail me CD's I did not order and continued to chareg me for them. I mailed them all the CD's back and made sure I had a 0 balance. Well 2009 I look at my credit report and see that BMG has sent me to a collections agency saying I owe them 267. How can I owe for something I never ordered? And why am I hearing about it 7 years later??

My credit score was lowered significantly and am being forced to owe BMG money for something I never ordered. BMG is a scam and I do not believe I should have to pay them. But I also do not want my credit affected by it.

I recently Looked up my credit report on Experian and noticed a charge of 183.00 and I am only 17 years old I have never heard of BMG Music Service Club and I called them up they won't take it off my credit report and I have realized that a lot of people are having a problem with this company. I would like if you can investigate this and please help me take this off my credit report. I don't even think this is a company they are liars and need to be stopped.

Lowered my Credit score and if I have to I will get a lawyer involved.
