Maui Jim Sunglasses

Purchased a $260 pair of sunglasses and within months the screws came loose and the lens fell fron the frame. Contacted the company and the lady knew exactly what the problem was and told me they had modified the design.

I sent the glasses in for repair. It cost me $18 for shipping when the company knew they had a faulty product. Just think the company should be more responsible for a munfacturing defect. The consumer should not pay anything unless they broke them.
