We were contacted by this company saying that they could lower our interest rate to fixed 4% for 30 years. They sent a notary out from Seals on Wheels in Altoona, Pa and we provided a letter of our expenses, pay stubs, etc.. and 3 post dated checks in the amount of 500 each. Two of them have been cashed & havent heard anything since and no one will return any phone calls. We are now stopping payment on third check and contacting anyone we have to in order to report this company, file a police report,etc..to get our money and information back

We are now behind on our mortgage by 2 months which we didnt have to be. The money that we provided to 21st century could have paid our mortgage on time.

I received a call from Albert saying they are contracted by the Gov't to modify mortgages if fall under certain criteria.(1) behind on your payments (2) if your home isn't worth what you owe. (3) If your interest rate is above 6%. Albert said he could reduce my payment from 2,200.00 a month to 1530.00 a month including taxes. I would be current. They would need 3 post dated checks for 1784.00 to go to the lender as part of the modification. I asked multiple times if my lender doesn't except the proposal what would happen. There answer was: You will receive all your money back. They sent out a notary and they kept me updated with every thing, until the end.

They cashed in 2 of the checks and I called them multiple times. No return calls and they won't answer my calls.I tried to call my lender and again. They are not answering my call either.I researched this company on the internet and noticed all the complaints.By God,these complaints seem to look familiar. At that point,I put a stop payment on the last check.Thinking someone would surely call-no calls what so ever. This confirmed this company is a scam. Next on my list is to make a police report on this company and then call are local news co. and report these scam artist.

At the point they called me we were 2 months behind and could been caught up by tax time. Know it's out of reach and I have to file Chapter13 BK.

This company called us and said they could do a Home Modification for us. They also said they needed 3 post dated checkes to pay for it.Each check was for a 1,000.00. They sent a Notary person to are home and we signed papers. After that whole process I did'nt feel good about it and asked for my money back.

They sent my 2 post-dated checks back but won't give me my other one back. Because of this I'am now behind on my Mortgage.
