I had applied for a small morgage loan to purchase a home. I supposedly gotten approval from Advantage Lending. I did the research through the BBB and all seem on the up and up. Well we went through the process of back and fourth witht he broker, I recieved my loan documents we signed them and abided by all the stipulatations. We purchased our PMI insurnce, we paid it through money gram. We were told By K. Richards That all had went through and every thing looked good and our funds would be deposited in to our bank account.

We waited and waited,then a few hours later he called back stating that the insurance company re-ran my credit after recieving the funds and were asking for more deposite on my insurnce to again be wired to canada to a C. Smith in Kitching Ontario Canada. I completly flipped because I should of known when they say pay for the insurnce which was to be held by NATION WIDE underwritten by Compass Underwritters Limeted. My HUsband then got on the phone and Kyle precedded to hang up on him after he told him we wanted our money back. My husband called back and Kyle Claimed My money would be refunded Fedex within 5 days. Which should be the beging of the next week.

I have the loan documentation here which all was already aggreed on and signed. After this I preceeeded to contact the main office, which the lady said that someone thier was using thier name and address and this was a scam company. Well thats great cause when i stated this to kyle he claimed, that they were legit and were in bussiness for over ten years gave again the correct address but, became a bit upset when my husband insisted we get a refund and in no way shape or form were we sending any more money.

The loss of the chance to get a real home, almost 500 in Us funds plus 10 to pay for the so called insurnace. We had put our property up in hopes to mo ve in to a home.
