My wife and I booked a travel package and Travel Insurance from Priceline to Hawaii for 2007 Holiday season. Then her father was diagnosed with Late stage Stomach Cancer and we cancelled the Hawaii trip immediately and flew to Japan to see her father. Her father passed away few months later. AIG International Services, Inc. acting on behalf of Priceline declines to refund our 2606 of booking fee, which includes 50 of Travel insurance we have purchased.

We are out of 2606 and seeking justice to be served as soon as possible. We have detailed documentations and pictures to prove our case!

My AIG Annuity matured October 31st. I contacted Chase Bank (Annette Y) on November 1st 2008. Annette Faxed the signed copies to AIG for an IRA transfer. After 2 weeks I called AIG for a status. They informed that all is in order and they will transfer the account within 2 weeks. I called again and also had Chase call them about my status. They informed us all is in order and the transfer should occure within days.

On November 24th I received a letter from Elizabeth B. (Customer Service Rep) The letter stated that Chase Bank did not complete an Acceptance Letter from the receiving custodion. This Acceptance letter was faxed to AIG on November 29th. A call was made by Annette from Chase to AIG verifing that the FAX was received by AIG.

I called December 8th to check on the status, AIG informed me that the FAX was lost. I need this money, all I get is Social Security. What is going on? Any help would be appreciated. If I do not get this money by December 15th, I could have serious problems making my house payments.

The total lack of personnel availability for A.I.G. Annuity clients, is astonishing. A.I.G.'s Annuity 800 phone number is the ultimate brush off, refering you to their web site, as your only alternative for contact. The phone number does not connect you to anyone, nor has the message changed over the last 6 months. After repeated emails I was given another number by the A.I.G. InfoExchange office. This number is constantly busy, from 7am - 6 pm Monday - Friday (EST).

My emails were answered with the notation, Please do not respond to this email, all responses will be deleted without being read. All very curious, indeed! I have recently hired a Texas attorney to help me recover my policy premium(s) held by A.I.G.

called customer service for withdrawal form. sent to me. filled out and returned. no response, no check. unable to contact them by phone or e-mail. did all this because my represenative at wachovia securities would not help. he said if i wanted my money i would have to do it myself.

my wife and i are both retired. we have 85,000 and need our money to live on.

I needed to withdrawl money from my annuity and was told it would take 18 days. One month later, after still not receiving a check, I called the bank and asked what had happened. Everytime I try to take money from this account I'm told that the paperwork is incorrect. This time I was told that my policy number is incorrect and that the number I have is for a deceased male. When they were asked why they didn't use my SS number their reply was we don't do that.

I pulled my policy and the number I gave them is correct. Now they are saying that I have a different number. I wonder what's going on. I will reapply with the new number but still no check.
