I tried to re-finance my house in Hayward in January 2005 through this loan company. As they requested, I send a check for $425 for the appraisal and crediting fees. They informed me that the appraisal fee will be credited to me no matter what happens. A check for $378 was send back to me in March 2005 because the loan did not go through. In May 2005, Rick called me and stated that I need to pay the appraiser in Hayward even though the loan did not go through. I send an email to Rick and said that I never agreed to pay the appraiser. Rick responded by e-mail threatening me with court actions and sending a Sheriff to serve me at my house. I have saved all the emails send by him.

I responded again and stated that I dont owe him any money and I never agreed to pay the appraiser. Rick also sent me another email which stated that he will credit all the appraisals if I did the loan with him again. His final email said that he is very dissappointed in me and he will pay the appraiser and no further action will be taken.
