Cashcall

Edward of Independence, CA January 16, 2009

Edward of Independence CA (01/16/09)
I like many were in need of a loan approximately 2 years ago. I turned to cash call not knowing that I was going to be ripped off. I borrowed 5000.00 and was at work and rushed to sign the loan docs. I have paid 7500.00 so far and they say I still owe 5300.00.

My son is in college and I am looking at a 10% pay cut.How can this kind of ROBERY be allowed by law? We are not able to buy groceries at times.

Borrowed 2600. Been paying 216.55 since July of 2007 and still owe 2534.09. What a rip off. How can companies do this.

I was approved for a 5000.00 loan. I accepted the loan. But not realizing that most of the 254.00 payment only goes toward interest. What a fool I was. I would have never taken out the loan if I knew two years later that it has not gone down. What a scam. When you buy a home or purchase a car the interest rate isn't as bad as cash call. If you are late on a payment you wouldn't get as harrased as cash call does. It's stressful and humiliating that you can not afford to give money away. Please help with getting something resolved with the way cash call handles business.

Cash call harrasses by calling several times a day at home and the job. They need to be stopped.

I took out a 2,000 loan with Cashcall in July of 2007. My payments were 216.55 per month. The payment would come out of my checking account on the 1st of the month. Well, I took myself off of the automatic withdrawal and started sending in my payments. One time I called them to let them know that I was not going to be able to make the payment on time that month, and they started talking all of this mess about coming after me for the full loan amount. So, I told them well how am I going to pay you the full amount, when I can't even pay this payment on time.

This was my first time being late ever. They harrased me day in and day out. So, I sent them a letter requesting that all communication be ceased due to them harrassing me. I threatened to turn them in also about the loan. To make a long story short I have not payed them a dime since April of 2008. They have not contacted me until December 3rd with a settlement offer, and that came in the mail. The balance they had on the paper was 4,287.91, now how and the heck they came up with that figure is beyond me. That means my whole payment went to interest and none to principle. I took the settlement and I came out way cheaper than paying them full term. I paid them a lup sum of 841.53, and now Iam done with them. Make sure you get your paperwork showing that your loan is closed and paid in full. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!!!

I suposed to make four payments all together. The company received 3 payments of 216.65 (I believe) plus 2 extra payments of 280.00. For this I spoke on the phone (conversation recorder in place.)

At my old work (friend) said someone came to my job (old job) looking for me). Based on the paper work I called (cost me a fortune). A lady named Yolanda (with an IQ of at least 300+) not less than that, stated that she could take care of the problem. She imposed/came up with more money and I supposed send the money via MoneyGram. Still cost me money to submitted the moneygram.

For whatever reason Cashcall still calling my old work, still harrasing me and I am ready to go on television to do what I need to do! That lady, Yoland that spoke with me over the phone, she recorded the conversation. I did the same, word by word plus a have a witness (this was back in Sep 08, I believe). I provided her with the address she should sent any information since I was not at the same residence any more. She never (Yolanda) sent any paper work. I guess she might b e in jail by now. Who knows... On the money order I have addressed/wrote that I need the agrrement 'Yolanda alluded, still waiting for that.

E-mail does not stop from Cash Call. Yolanda, should have notified immediately to everyone so everyone was in the same page. I do not need to go back to the same crap with anyone of this people! I've been doing since Septemember.
