Cashcall

Jay of Riverbank, CA April 9, 2009

Jay of Riverbank CA (04/09/09)
Cash call leant me the money that I wanted. I agreed to their terms, I made many monthly payments of 500.00, i paid about 1,200.00 in interest, but paid off the loan in less than a year.

I wish people would quit crying that cash call is a scam company. They help out idiots who ruin their credit, and obviously don't care about taking on financial risk. they lend money to borrowers under their terms and condition. customers contact them for loans, and they help out.

You agreed to the interest rate, so pay off your loan and accept it. If you don't like that it's taking forever to pay off, you should make double the payments.

I'm only 23, and figured out very quickly that if you don't make double the payments, your balance will not go down. The company even advises you, if you don't need all the money, pay some back immediately when you get the loan. Damn people in the usa are so stupid sometimes.

Nothing negative happened to me. I paid over payments, on time, every month, double payments, and paid off my loan in less than a year.

People need to think things through before they get a loan of 99%. Like what the heck would they think would happen if they only made minimum payments? seriously.

About three years ago I needed some money to help pay my payroll at work. I seen CashCall on TV so I called them. I needed about 10,000 to help. I took out the loan and received about 9,000 beacuse the kept the defference for charges. My interest rate is 39% which I think is totally not fair. I have been paying on this for over 3 years and it has hardly gone down.

I asked them if they would lower the interest rate beacuse I was laid of in January of 09. They told me NO. Other finacial companies are doing this but no CashCall. The goverment needs to step in and make them lower there interest rate in hard times like this. I am about to loose my house and everything else. If any body has any ideas please let me know.

I got a 5000 loan 3 years ago. Me and my wife have been paying 254.00 for 3 years on the 15th. We called in Januaray to find out our balance, it's still 5000.00. We asked them if we could make a double payment on the 15th of every month, we were told that it's better to do it on the 1st of every monthy. We've made some poor choices before, but nothing as bad as dealing with cashCall.  This is a loan that never decreases in principal.

We've been fortunate enough to commit 1000 payments for 5 months to rid ourselves of this loan. This loan will cost us a total of 19,318.00.

I am another victim of the CashCall Loan Sharks. Two years ago I had a bad financial situation and was desperate enough to contact CashCall. I borrowed 2600.00 and have payments of 216.00/ month. I just checked my balance and have found that after paying these people for over 2 years that I still owe them 2200.00. Nobody can afford this kind of piratcy. There has to be something that can be done about these people taking advantage of people.

I am having to skip having my medication refilled, am constably short on being able to but the proper supplies for my home. Because of the stress I have been diagnosed with the medical condition of Shingles.

I have been paying on a loan that was originated at 2600.00 for almost two years at 216.55 monthly. Iasked for a balance and was very disappointed to find out that this loan amount has never decreased but has decreased. It is now 2500.(balance) and this is not a payoff amount. The loan continues to double.

Cash Cash harrassing me on a daily basis. I receive at least 5 phone calls a day from them. They have never reported my loan payment in good standing even when I paid on time. Now, they are reporting to the Credit Bureau that I am late and it is ruining my credit score.
