Something must be done to stop these people. Maybe the new attorney general will do something about it. This is Criminal.. I like others took out the 2600 in June of 2007. It's now 2009 and I'm paying them off with my tax refund . My Payoff. 2551.15.I will be happy to be a part of a class action suit. This is worse than the Bernie Madoff scam, just not as well published. Let's get it out there now

My health has suffered, and it has cause stress between my wife and I. I can't imagine if I hadn't made my payments, or I would have lost my job, if they would have made calls to my work.

I borrowed 10,000 from this company 21/2 years ago and because of the high intrest rate 95%, I STILL OWE 10,000. I have since stop making payments, because I have been put in a financial hardship, but this company did not seem to care. They call me day and night and harrass me. I am looking to call an attorney to stop this harrassment. please tell me what I can do to get rid of these people.

I have had to go to my doctor to put me on a mild anti-depressent, because of this situation.

I have to admit i owe on a loan to cash call. I took out a loan for 2600.00 that turned into 9700.00 with 7000.00 for interest alone. I would like to know how can a company be allowed to charge this much. I can't afford to pay it and i have seen so many complaints on the internet why hasn't someone done something about this to put a STOP TOO IT!! They never told me up front about the interest either or i wouldn't have done it. I did not see this on the paper work either.

I went thru a divorce i have lots of bills from it. I told Brittany from this company i couldn't afford to pay this. She said if i didn't they where going to garnish my wages. If it was for the 2600.00 i could probably get it paid eventually but 7000.00 that is ridiculous. I'm hurting please help!! I haven't been able to sleep worrying about all of this. I can't afford an attorney and I'm probably going to have to file for bankrupcy...

Made payments of 293.92 forever, 5 years later the same amount is still there. NEVER AGAIN, I have told everyone, NOT TO BORROW FROM LOAN SHARKS.

Bad credit

October, 2006, I got a loan with Cash Call for about 2300 only to be shocked I owed them 10,000!. I remember the representative I worked with telling Pay this off within a year and a half. Now I understand why. The interest isn't that bad if you can pay it off quickly. But who can with payments over 200 a month and the balance going no where! So, here I am over two years later and still oweing. These people are terrible! Everytime I see the commercial now I want to throw something at the TV. Loans are suppose to help. Dealing with Cash Call only makes things worse!

My other household expenses are suffering because of this debt.
