K. of Georgetown MA (03/16/08) I refinanced my home through concord mtg. co. with Andrew Tucker and agreed to a 5/1 at 7% but when my first statement came, it stated it was a full arm loan at 9%. Repeated contact attempts for almost a month to andrew tucker were finally answered and his answer as to what he did was, too bad, deal with it, it's all I could do, I have my own job and home to worry about. I did submit my income and monthly pay stubs. He knew I could not afford the loan he put me in. I feel he is a predatory lender and I am forced to sell my home at a great loss due to market conditions now, I am on the brink of foreclosure, my credit of 40 years is ruined and I am soon to be homeless.
Loss of my home, damaged credit, emotional damage due to losing my companion pets and becoming homeless at the age of 60.
Paul of Huntington Station NY (03/25/05) I have requested that the appraisal I had personally paid for be transferred to a new mortgage company that I had secured a loan from is going unanswered. Several attempts have come from the new mortgage company, the appraiser himself, the real estate attorney and the real estate broker with no response from Concord Mortgage. I had also requested a copy of my credit report Concord Mortgage had used to find a loan program for me.
Mr.Vertucci, on March 21, 2005, assured me that it would be mailed out that day. I have still not received it or any returned phone calls I have left regarding the appaisal or the credit report. I am incurring additional expenses and emotional anxiety due to the lack of cooperation from Mr. Vertucci and his staff at Concord Mortgage Corp.
