Ditech

Ditech.com, which contributes a big share of General Motors' profits lately, has left a lot of angry consumers by the side of the road, including those below:

1998 Durango power seat broke loose in rush hour traffic. Seat landed on my toddlers knees that was seated directly behind my drivers seat. Chrysler would do nothing! Young idiots on their phoneline. Do they subcontract their customer service. This was very serious and dangerous and they didn't care at all. I have always owned a Dodge and have purchased 3 new Dodge products over the past few years but never, ever again! Ford or Chevy for me from now on. Dodge has went down the tubes! Their customer service is ignorant and extremely unknowledgeable. I wouldn't suggest anyone purchase a vehicle where the seat just snaps/breaks off of the tract and they will do nothing to send out a notice to unsuspecting owners.

I am just sick of your caveman ads-they are inane and boring-no new ones?

I bought my 1999 Durango new. I've kept up with all the proper maintanence with this vehicle. Once things started going wrong they haven't stopped. We've had tranny problems, radiator problems, and the popular steering problems that we all seem to have with this vehicle. The cost of fixing these problems is expensive to say the least, especially if you go through a dealership for the repairs.

My mortgage loan has been in process for several months. It takes weeks to receive responses back from the mortgage processor. I have phoned and emailed several times only to learn that Shawna is no longer with Ditech. In contacting today, I was advised by Ditech that my mortgage was just input and would take several months to work. This is ridiculous. They have poor customer service (if any at all), there associates have bo idea how to retrun calls time.

I have been waiting for several months after applying and sending in documentation to only find I have to start over since the mortgage processor has left.

I contacted Ditech in April of this year to refinance my home. After receiving Ditech's offer I decided to refinance with my existing mortgage company. I discovered today though that Ditech has charged 500.00 to my credit card. I do remember being told by the loan agent that I would have to pay for the property appraisal up front but if I decided not to proceed with the loan nothing would be charged to my card. Ditech did not do a property appraisal. I did not get that far in the loan process.
