This company promises the moon and stars and always paints a great picture. Once they received our money, they did NOTHING!! I did the negotiating with our mortgage company and they tried to say that I didn't provided the documents when requested when in fact, I provided the same documents more than once as they were stalling for time and did nothing to assist us in our negotiating for a mortgage modification. I have filed a complaint with FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE and everyone should do the same to get a class action suit going.

Went online in February of 2009 searching for help for homeowners and soon was contacted by Elect Group. Latasha contacted me on 2/18/09 telling me that they could get my payments cut in half as well as get my interest rate down to 4.25%. Latasha told me that it would take 1199.00 and that I could make it all at once or do it in two installments. I checked them out with the BBB and they had a wonderful rating. Sure can't tell me that now. I sent my money and I am the one that was constantly in contact with them they never called to keep me informed of anything. Everything they asked for I had it to them within the next day. They never had to wait for anything. It's going on seven months since I started out with these folks and I am not happy. I want my money back it's wrong what they are doing. I just today filed a complaint with the FTC hoping that would shed some light on just what kind of company they are. I signed a money back guarantee so I want my money back. They sure haven't done anything to help me out.

We contacted the Elect Group in January 2009 after reviewing their website and their A+ rating - We paid them 1100 to do a Home Loan Modification - We were only 1 month behind when we hired them and they promised to do everything within 60-90 days and not to make any payments. They said they had us pre-qualified and that they could get our Mortgage Company to re-write our 30 year fixed loan into a 40 year loan, lower our interest rate, and put any late fees on the end of the loan.

We had lost our son in June 2008 and the funeral bills took our savings. We trusted them with our lives! Now we are raising our 4 year old grand daughter on top of this and we were foreclosed on! We had NO idea this happened until we received a certified letter on June 25th - the very next week we got an Auction Sale notice for today slapped on our front door! We have now lost our home and are selling our things for pennies on the dollar just to get it out of the house before they slap a realtor lock on it! DO NOT deal with this company! I have reported them both to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office - I pray this gets put into some type of mass lawsuit so all those who lost their homes and money to this company can be returned some day!

Advertised that they were a loan modification company. Took 1386.00 of my money in October 2008 and after numerous phone calls of each person assuring me that they would have some info for me regarding my loan, as of today, July 29, I still have not received notification and my house loan is almost a year behind. Now their phone number and my personal website with them to show progress of my account is closed out.

We had got behind on our motgage due to the economy but were still making payments.In Feb we recevied a voicemail from Robert with Elect Group said he could lower our payments.We check the bbb before calling him back they had a A+ score and no complaints.We called him back and he connected me with Robin she took all the info and sent the paperwork.We filled out all the papers and faxed her all the info required 2days late she call back and said she had all the papers to start our loan mod. she said she need a payment of 1100.00 which we sent and told us it would take 30-60 days to do the loan mod. not to send any payments to our mortgage company.March I called back to check the progress and was told Robin was no longer there and Karen was handling our file she told us to fax all the papers again because ours were missing.We started calling everyday in May with no results and no response to e-mails by June you could not call by phone only e-mail cause phones were disconnect.We are now 6mo behind on our mortgage and out 1100.00 .We are going to try working with the mortgage company ourself and see if we can save our home from forcloser.Elect Group seem like a good company but the are a bunch of crooks take money from people with no services.DO NOT USE ELECT GROUP!!!!!You won't get your money back!!!!

THEY TOOK 1100.00 for MODIFICATION AND I GOT NOTHING.......I WOULD LOVE TO GET MY HANDS ON THESE &*&*&* AND I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY.

october24,2008 I called about getting my home loan modification. pete took my application said i qualified for a loan modification. he sent me paperwork to fill out. I filled it out gathered all the papers he requested and faxed back to him.he called back said he had recieved the paper work; and gave me the 800 number, his cell phone number,they also gave me a web sight to go to to check the progerss of my loan modification;and said they would have the modification done in abot 35 to 40 days.so i waited 45 days and i called them back. was told that pete no longer worked there.that lisa was my worker mow and that they would have to resubmit my application that they needed check stubsfor two months bank statements tax returns for this year.

i faxed all this stuff; about every two months for months now. when i called they would say lisa not into talk to robert,i said ok i told him iwanted to know what was going on withmy loan modification. he said to check the web sight in a few days. its been since june 23rd.i can not get ahold of any onethe phone is not a working number.they are experiancing phone problems on the web sight. you cant get ahold of any one to talk to in any way. we are fixing to lose our house because of this company.I cant afford the house payment of 1600.00,i just dont know what to do.

In January I was contacted by Stacy and was told not to pay my mom's mortgage payments. Stacy said they guaranteed to lower my mom's monthly mortgage amount and get an interest rate of 5%. After they received my mom's 1,199.00, the process has slowed tremendously. I have been referred to 4 different people and all have left the company. They tell me they are checking with the lending company. It is going on 7 months and no modification. I e-mail practically every day and get no response. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!

I was contacted by Elect Group and they said they could get a modification for me in 30-60 days. They ask me what my payment was for our home and I told them 1500.00 they said thats all it would cost to file a modicfication. I thought this was a great deal because I checked around and they wanted 3500 in other places. I told them I could only pay 1000.00 down and when I could I would pay the other 500.00 later. They said that would be fine and told me 1000.00 would get me started. I could Contact them when I got the other amount.

First they said for me not to contact my back because if I did it would default my money back guarantee. So when I told them my bank was calling me about my payment they told me not to talk to them. After about 2 months of not hearing from them I called to see what was going on. They told me that it was still in process and they would call me back and let me know within 24 hours what was going on. They never called back. I would call for several days and told them my bank is calling again and I am going to talk to Scott and see what was going on. (manager at the bank). When I said I was going to talk to the bank they said I can't do that because that is their job and That is what I paid them for.But when I talked to Scott I found out they only talked to him once for about 2 minutes. I was very angree.

Then around Christmas time they took it among themselves to take the 500.00 dollars out of my account without notice. I called them and they said I owed them the 500.00 and they have consent to take it out of my debit card. When I told them that was all the money I had and I had checks out and they are going to bounce they said they would put the money back into by account after they talked to the boss and her approved of it. Of course this never happend after calling them several more times.

Finally I called the BBB and filled a complaint. The BBB wrote them a letter and they responded back telling the BBB that they would refund me 1/2 the money back like they promissed.They even told the BBB that I would receive my money within 45 days of my letter to the BBB.That was in February.It is now March. Robert told me that would be credited back to my debit card. Well 45+ days went by and no money. When I called them they said they new of no letter to the BBB. I faxed the letter to Robert and he said he will discuss this whith the boss Emmanuele Z and call me back within 24 hours. Never heard back from them.

So I called Robert told me that the check was sent out and I should receive it within 5 working days. Of course that never happend. When I called back Robert told me the check was sent so wait for a few more days and I should have it. But still no money. I called back Robert and got ahold of James because Robert told me he was to busy to deal with this it was Monday and he is too busy and told me to call back on Tuesday. When I talked to James he was more than willing to help of course but knew of no letter from the BBB. So I faxed the letter again to them. James said I am so sorry and I will talk to my boss and get this settled for you by the end of the day. He told me he would call back in 24 hours. But no call again.

When I called back to talk to James L he said that the check was being prossed and would be sent out on that Friday which would be March 20th.I explained this is the third time the check was supposed to get sent to me but never did. He said that there were 3 other people who did not get checks so they will re-issue me a new one. I told them I want an exact day they check would be sent he said thay Friday it would be sent. First the money was supose to be put back into my account by debit and now a check. It is now April and still no money. Finally I called again but James will no take my calles I finally called his number to his ext. When I got ahold of James I was not very nice and told him this is BS and I have never been riped off like this before. He said he would send me to the person who takes care of this in accounting. I can't remember the persons name I talked to but said he could help me but it would take a few days to track the check down.

I wanted for a couple of weeks them I called back. Of course this person does not work in accounting and they had no idea who I spoke too. I talked to the girl who answers the phone at Elect Group and she said that James and Robert are in sales and I should not be talking to them about refunds because they cant help me so she put me into Emmanuele Z's voice mail and I left a good 10 or more messages to him stating that he signed the letter to the BBB and should at least have the balls to call me back. He has never responed to my calles. When I Ellect Group back I got the same girl who answers the phone and she said that they only one who could help me was Emmanuele because he ownes the company and issues all the refunds. She also told me not to talk to James and Robert because they were just jacking me around. By this time I am pissed.

I contacted my lawyer and told him I want a full refund because I have been scamed out of 1500 dollars. My Lawyer sent them a certified but was never picked up. He sent another certified letter but was sent back to his office. This cost me 75.00 on top of the 1500 I have lost. Know Elect Group can not be contacted at all by phone or via email. I have been scamed big time. How can someone scam people who are having a hard time making ends meat. My house has gone into forecloser and I have to find some way to save it. When I told Elect Group that my home has now gone into forecloser that said thats ok this happends all the time it does not mean anything. I had to find someone to refinance my home though or we would of loss our home. What a piece of work this company is.
