Jessica of lawrenceville, GA November 12, 2009 I got correspondence from them via email that they were a hard money lender could fund any deal based on 65% value. NOthing else needed. I checked them out.I talked to crystal on a daily basis. I sent them the 1,500 and got a few of my clients involved. One sent 1500- the other 3k It came time to close and I kept calling. No answer. I gor an email from someone saying theyd get back to me and Crystal was on maternity leave.I got a phone call from Bob he said he was taking over crystal desk and wait a few days.I told him we are scheduled to close.i need to know what to do because they would charge me a per diem. They never answered the phone, never called the closing attorney or agent to verify that i had a loan.I kept calling the appraisal office because that was the ony measns of communication I had with them. It seem like everytime I call them I would get an email. I gt the email and it was a denial letter. Now before Crystal left she was promoting this deal to lock in a rate you pay in advance for your next property. My client did that. She never gort another property as she was denied for the first. They said the property did not appraise. I called and wrote a letter to get copies of the appraisal. Angela would answer the phone every now and then and say someone would ge back to me with this. Its in legal. To date they will not pick up the phone, will not send copies of the appraisal and have made no mention of giving my client her 1500- back that she put up to secure a second property. They just ignor all the phone calls. sharon of ALTOONA, PA November 11, 2009 was getting a loan to pay off a property we own went through a women in arizona who got patron funding for us they said everything looked good that they need 2200 dollars to do the review and that we would close of November 14 crystal called every day and emailed until we sent the money a week ago now no one will answer email or phone call the broker we went through in arizona cannot get an answer either please tell me what to do nino of hollywood, FL October 8, 2009 i submitted a hard money loan no questions asked, 65% loan to value,i paid the processing fee 2,500 and paid the appraiser 4,000, the property appraised and now they said that the loan didnt cover what i owed and that was a lie, the apprasial came out to be 1,075,000, 65% 698,750, i owed 510,000 on the 1st mortgage and about 50,000 on back taxes which they knew, but they say their is not enough money for this deal. They just want to take the application fee and not do deals. Gary of san antonio, TX June 29, 2009 I have applied to Patron Funding and I did everything that they have asked me to do and they have not funded my rehab at all. It all started by them sending in the paperwork for the process. I filled out the paperwork and sent it in along with the 1500 processing fee for the property. After they received your money, they send in an appraiser (the appraiser that they used is a very expensive appraisal 750) and they inspect your property and after they take your money than they were supposed to send it to Patron Funding. This process has started about a month ago and I have stiil not received any funding for the project and I still have not receieved any word on the closing date. I have made several attempts to call Crystal M and she still have not returned my call. So please whatever you do please do not please do your due diligence and really check these companies out because this company did not fund me at all and i still do not have a closing date. I have lost over 3000 in this process. Jeremiah of Fort Lauderdale, FL May 17, 2009 Patron Funding was reffered to me by my Mortgage Broker who express efficient knowledge of how competent this company was. He made an application for a loan on April 7,2009. A Three Thousand Five Hundreds dollars was paid. William and Crystal Murray stated that this was mandatory a requirement of Company's policy to paid up front in order to get the loan which was contractualy agreed to be close on April 27,2009. Currently the loan has not been closed and the money ha not been refunded, nor these two induviduals had not call to explain the reason why this loan did not close, in spite of all the numerous calls that Iv'e made. The receptioness, upon answering the phone, does not disclose her name when asked to,and also stated that Chrystal was never always in to answer the calls. Report Your Experience
