Ada of Shreveport, LA October 30, 2009 I am having trouble finding out anything about these people. I don't have a phone number or valid email address. I am paying on an online payday loan and have no information about it. Michele of salinas, CA October 23, 2009 I just got a call from Tameka in Greece who works at Salary.com. she said my loan is paid off. I just contacted an agent yesterday who wanted 192. or 256. more from me. I think if you pay the 4 installents of 74.00 your o.k. since the original was for 274.00 which is alot for california residents like myself which I told her who I was. I am changing my checking account number. now I blocked their company earlier today from withdrawing anymore further payments. She was to nice to me. I think there up to something. Loss of about 42.00 over what I am due. My bank will reverse any further charges. MIchele of salinas, CA October 23, 2009 They lied and tried to take 200.00 extra out of my account. I had agreed to pay of my loan of 274.00 verbally. they called me and I had made a verbal agreement. Then I was told to go to the web site and fill out the forms. I did and to my suprise they took out 74.00 four times and 20 more. I have blocked them from taking out any more money since my conversation with an agent in Delaware said she was going to withdraw 192.00 more to settle the debt. I told her I live in california and only pay 45.00 for a loan of 255.00. She then said how about I take 256.00 on your next payday. It was like a threat. She didnt take any more out for 2 days so I really feel their threating to take more out than agreed to. Please help me i'm in california and no way of going to their office to see if their legtimate. I am out 316.00 I agreed to 274.00 DAVID of buena park, CA October 12, 2009 ONLINE LOAN FROM SALARYFAST.COM OF 200 AND 74 TO BE DEDUCTED FROM CHECKING ACCOUNT PER PAY PERIOD OF 4 TIMES. IT HAS BEEN 5 PAYMENTS AND THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO DEDUCT - THIS IS THE ANSWER THEY GAVE ME - QUOTE -As explained in the loan agreement, in terms of payment, on your scheduled pay date you have the following options. You may pay the loan balance in full for 274 to close the account or if you chose to extend the loan, you may do so up to 4 times by paying the extension fee of 74. On your fifth payment you enter your 'pay down' period, meaning you have made four consecutive payments, so 10% of the original principal must also be paid on each due date in addition to the interest due, per the contract. All payments will be taken from the same checking account that the loan is sent to. Please note per the loan agreement that you must contact us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled pay date if you would like to pay the loan in full. Thank you, Customer Service " WHICH WAS NOT TRUE - I ASKED MY BANK TO STOP ANY DEBIT PAYMENTS AND SUBMITTED A COMPLAINT FORM TO THE ATT GENERAL OF DELAWARE WHEER THEY ARE BASED OUT OF. SALARY FAST TO SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT FOR THAT ACTION Joyel of Harrington Park, NJ September 14, 2009 I applied for a loan, I was never told that I would only be paying the interest. THat is nuts to be paying like 300 in interest for 200 loan. I am appauled that they prey on meek people who need the money to get ahead. It is not right what these people do to people who need this money in emergency I will never do this again. I am behind on payments and not have to endure paying 74.00 till I have money to pay on this. Report Your Experience
