Aaron Rents

Natalie of Springfield, VA June 4, 2009

am renting to own a washer dryer combo. I got it in Feburary and I has it 2 weeks and it broke down because the delivery people forgot to remove the shipping rods. I took them 2 more weeks to replace it with another one that was to be new. Then in May it breaks down again. The send out someone that did'nt know how to repair it.

So 2 weeks later the send out a person from the company that make the machine to fix it.2 weeks later after waiting for parts and someone to fix it. The repair man comes out to fix it and tells me it's not a new machine be a recondition machine that who ever repaired didn't fix it and had parts that were on wrong, upside down and bolts that were missing.

I have previously filed a complaint in regards to this company harrassing me profusely at my place of work, my phone and now they have somehow found out my home address. They insist on calling at least 10 times a day at various different numbers, also calling my friends and family and harrassing them as well.

These three men that I have talked to are extremely rude, derogative, demeaning and completely out of line. They insit that I owe them money for furniture I do not own from their company. I have had to switch my number. And so havent some of my friends. I have gotten reprimanded from my boss due to the incessant calling from this company. This is completely out of control and it needs to stop now!!!!

i went in the store to pay on my account, one of the employees told me i need ten more dollars, which i told i had only a 120.00 dollars i can pay it in a couple of days. after going back and forth on the issue, the general manager came out said the same thing, he did not credit my account and did not give a receipt. i asked for my money back he told me no, he took it and put it in his pocket.

after i left the store he called my cell phone forty seven times and counting. he even call me from his cell phone and [propositioned me sexually] hell pay me forty dollars to pay on my account. he also told me to go [vulgar suggestion] to make ten more dollars. this is the general manager that is saying and doing all these disrespectful things towards me. so now since he put the money in his pocket hes been calling my phone saying i havent paid anything.

i feel very sick to my stomach each time i think about it, im thinking how can i return to this store when the same employees were there when this was going on and konw what happened, how can face that? i feel disrespected in so many ways. i am so nervous and my hands keep shaking just thinking about it. they do come out to the house im so scared hes going to show up at my door. what do i need to do, or can i do?

I am paying off a leased computer for my daughter - she was paying 130 a month ,65 of which went towards laptop, and 65 of which went towardw leasing fee,.I am paying it off 5 months in advance and requsted early payoff amount. I was told I had to pay all 5 months cost and leasing fees. If I pay a car off months in advance I save the 5 months interest.I should not have to pay 5 months leasing fee when it is paid 5 months in advance, this 500 laptop will end up costing 1500.An early payoff should void the 5 months of fees.
