Aaron Rents

Harold of Deltona FL (01/04/08)
I have a lap top from them. I called and told them that I would be late on my next payment. I would pay it around the 1st of the month. (This was in Dec.). I was told I needed to pay something before. I told him I didn't have it. He insisted. I told him I would try to get it and if I did I would call him. Aarons proceeded to call my phone and my brother's phone and visit my house everyday and discussed my account with the people in my house. I was out of town and when I called they informed me of them being harrassesed. They were told I was out of town. I am not even a month late and won't be a month late when I pay. I always pay early.

This harassement is creating a stressful situation in my house. It shows a lack of regard for other people. I want this to stop. This needs to be changed. I feel they have a lack of regard for my privacy when they discussed my account. What can be done about that?

I brought a RCA 52' big screen HDTV 1/2005. 2/2007 I started having trouble turning my TV on. I was told by the person at the store that my warranty only lasted for 2 years. I call ORR's repair the guy there told me that they have 3 or 4 of these RCA's there that are having problems with the off and on switch. They haven't fixed them yet.

I paid hard earn money for this TV and seem to me that there is a problem with this produce. I have a TV that can't be fixed and RCA or ARRON'S should be held accountable for there produces.
