Order Number: **. We previously reported concerns regarding the quality and comfort of this sofa. At that time, the back cushions were adjusted, and the seat cushions and fabric were replaced. While we appreciated those efforts, unfortunately we are now back to square one. The seat cushions have again become excessively soft and unsupportive, providing very poor support and making the sofa uncomfortable to sit on. The fabric has developed noticeable wrinkles and an uneven appearance, which seems to result from inadequate cushioning and loss of structure. The cushions have lost their resiliency, the seats sag noticeably, and the sofa no longer presents the tailored appearance it had when new.

The store staff was absolutely so professional, even though I changed my mind several times on the material and color, they were so gracious and helpful with me making the right decision. Beautiful well-made furniture. I suggest anyone to go there first to get your furniture. The delivery men were absolutely amazing protecting and securing the furniture, got in my house safely, very helpful young men.

I got better customer service at Ashley Furniture store. Basset does not stand behind their product. The chair cushions hang over the front and are lumpy from too much material inside. Also, the seams do not match.

Spent a ton of money on a living room sectional, and bedroom set. The bedroom set was fine except the headboard was poor quality. The finish was terrible. They sent out a repair man, he did nothing. They replaced the headboard (good, right?). Well the second headboard was in poor condition as well. But better than the first. Asked for some kind of consideration - crickets. However, that's not even the worst of it. The reclining sofa is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned. It is only moderately comfortable when in a reclined position. It's not comfortable to sit in if you don't recline. The kicker is they do not take anything back. Once it's delivered - basically they don't care what your complaint is.

I purchased a mirror for baby bedroom decoration, a the time I purchased my wife was 2 months pregnant, and she’s do in 2 weeks and still not arrived and terrible communication and they have no Telephone. Never going to purchase here again. Please stay away at all cost.

My husband and I purchased Diamond Loveseat with power in late September 2023. We paid $3299.00 for the loveseat. Just shy of two years the loveseat showed signs of severe sagging - and the right arm rest once rounded was now flattened out. We attempted to contact Bassett - left numerous messages - but no one returned our calls and texts. We have had to reach out to a furniture repair company to help bring the loveseat back to the original condition - the condition it was in when it arrived. It is costing us $450 dollars for this repair. We are beyond disappointed with Bassett - the quality of their product - and their Poor/ non-existent customer service.

I bought a Bassett sectional last year. It arrived last November. I had told the sales person I had a 130 lbs dog that uses the sectional. I asked if the back cushions, which were attached to the back of the sectional, were completely covered with material. She said yes. They are not, And of course they have detached from the sectional because they aren't sewn on that solidly, My last sectional was not like this. (Wish I had kept it.) Of course the cushions have come apart from the sectional and Bassett won't do a think! Don't buy form them!

My Design Consultant, William **, who works in the Tucson Bassett store, had left a such a positive impression with me from several years ago, that I wanted to phone him... from across the country! I previously ordered a gorgeous dining room set with padded chair seats and have loved them. Since then, I relocated outside the Atlanta area and needed a bedroom set plus a larger table. Thankfully, Bill had saved what I had liked, although I didn't remember the exact details. He pulled up the information and talked me through the web pages to refresh my memory. Now, as the same as then, Bill was not a pushy salesman, but his knowledge of the furniture was very helpful and I decided to purchase my dream furniture now. I appreciate his help so much and look forward to the additions that will coming to my home.

Purchased a $7,500+ couch with reclining capability that was delivered in March 2021. Within 2 years the seams were ripping. Within 4 years one of the recliners stopped working. What a piece of crap. None were covered by warranty. I should have bought a car!

I chose Bassett Furniture because I thought the name and price would offer quality furniture! It did not. My dining table came with many defects, chipped wood etc. After ordering 3 months previously I was told when I wanted dry hat the chairs I ordered were out of stock. I ordered two very expensive pillows and one of them came stained. I was sent an email to use dawn to take out the stain. Please do not buy your furniture here…Old country road in New York! They are the absolute worst and the quality of their furniture is sub par.
