Howard of Seminole, FL January 3, 2009

Howard of Seminole FL (01/03/09)
We bought our twin Craftmatic beds on Nov. 03,2001. They came to our house and talked us into a new bed saying how wonderful it is on our back to be able to adjust it.We told them we had acid reflex problems and they said it would help a lot because we could sit up as high as we needed, when needed. They said the motot had a lifetime warranty to it, so could not go wrong. Well, about 2 years ago,I tried calling but would not go through. So I wrote on line writting craftamatic, which I cann't seem to find the same site now. They never answered my letters. I even wrote them at the address they had on the bill, but never wrote or called me back. So I have not heard from them, nor can I call them in any way. One Motor does not work and my husband is having a hard time sleeping on it the way it is. It is flat and will not adjust.

With both of us having acid reflex problems my husband can not upper his bed in any way. So he has to use pillows or move on my bad which is twin and makes it hard for both to sleep. He has back problems now and does not get a good night sleep.

Rev. of Waterbury, CT December 30, 2008

Rev. of Waterbury CT (12/30/08)
We paid 5,029.60 for a king (two twin beds) bed with remote controls. There is a warranty of 15 yrs on mattresses. I almost fall off the mattress. My wife cannot get a good nights sleep on her mattress. We complained to the Company when they answered their phone. Someone was to come and see the mattresses, but never showed up. We called several times, with no results.

Now we discover Craftamatic Beds is taken over by Contour Beds in Aurora, CO. I do not have a phone number for them. Can you help us get results? There is no support to the mattresses. We need new mattresses.

Following a major surgery, I almost fell off the bed as there is not any support. Also, we do not have money now to replace them at our cost. We think the Craftamatic Company or the company who now owns Craftamatic is responsible and needs to live up to their 15 year warranty. Please help us if you are able to do so. Thanks!

I bought a craftmatic bed about a year ago. Shortly after I bought it it started going whopsided and I fell off the bed. Also I was laying in bed one day ant the foot came up along with the head leaving me hung in the middle.I called Craftmatic and they brought me a new matress a month after I called and said everything was fixed. Shortly after that it went lopsided again. Now the foot is raised up the heat is raised up and the vibrator stays on, I got it so I could sleep on it and unplugged it.

I called craftmatic and it was 3 months until they fixed it, now it's doing the same thing again.I have pillows stuck under the matress to keep me from falling off the bed.I have a pinched nerve in my back, I am unable to work, this is the worst bed I have ever slept on in my life and they won't do anything about it. I have lost the number to craftmatic if there is any way you can give me the number so I can call them yet again. I really think they should refund our money and take the beds and burn them.
