    I just wanted to say that my experience was wonderful. I ordered a 6-piece sectional, fireplace, and dining room set. The salesman was great and gave us a great price for the beautiful furniture we purchased. We paid in full, and they scheduled my delivery right away because they had everything we ordered in stock at their warehouse, and 2 weeks later I had everything delivered and set up without any issues. Thank you, Huffman Koos, and thank you to the wonderful staff, including customer service, who made sure we were updated and made us feel comfortable. Love this store. Highly recommended. Queens location.

    We purchased a custom couch from this store on June 24, 2025. Because it was a custom item, we were required to pay up front. The estimated delivery date was 8-12 weeks, which puts us at approximately August/September. In the month of August, we followed up on an ETA for the delivery and were given an estimated of mid to end September. That came and went. We visited the store for an updated, where they gave the impression the staff was all new and it seemed quite clear there is some sort of issue going on behind the scenes.

    Ever since September, we have been following up for a delivery date, with no ETA in sight, The response from the staff, including the regional manager has been completely unacceptable and inadequate. I am not new to ordering custom pieces and never in my life, have I had a more horrific experience. It's clear this store has a major issue happening behind the scenes - most likely financial, as they are taking payments from consumers without delivering the product and with shady service to boot.

      On NOV 1,2025 Bedroom set That I ordered did not come complete missing two pieces. Delivery men left all debris in front of my house until I insisted with Pete their manager. Stressed and aggravated I told Dominic service manager (whom I had spoken to about my concerns over the bad ratings/reviews of Huffman Koos {and assured me those were old reviews) I did not want the furniture and wanted nothing to do with this store and not send the missing items. I had paid in advance 3688.80 dollars. Please pick up the delivered items and refund the money I had paid in good faith.

      I had to wait till following Mon to call him again where he informed me that they would give me 100.00 for my trouble etc. I refused it! and reiterated to him the furniture is not of good quality and not worth what I paid! ( the drawers of the chest did not close evenly and stuck out} and there was a scratch on the bottom. Etc. he stated he would get back to me; when He did he stated they would give me 200 for my trouble and that the missing furniture, And I should send him pics of damages. The third time we spoke he offered me another 100 making it a total of 300.00 for my trouble. I sent him pics of the damaged furniture and pics of the same exact bedroom set for a lot less money. I told him I would contact my credit card CO. and issue a dispute/Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau etc. They just refused to refund my money and kept pushing to have the missing furniture delivered!

      In addition, he stated the night table was not available, only the dresser!? BUT still refused to refund the money I paid! He then stated that I may exchange the set if I sent pics of damages and give me a 100.00 gift certificate for my trouble. Again, I reiterated I did not want anything to do with Huffman KOOs. And I contacted my credit company with a dispute. I'm left with bags of clothing on my floor. Disgusted and distressed. DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Shop around first! Check out their reviews etc. I am a senior widow and I got duped by this overpriced store and customer service. So disgusted and left in limbo with furniture of poor quality. And hoping they refund me in full!

      I ordered a queen bedroom set, but instead of the expected queen-size, I received a king-size set. When I called them, my calls only went to voicemail. After many attempts, I eventually reached someone—but that person had no idea where my set was. They claimed they would find it, yet it took them another three days to respond and then an additional week of waiting without any clear update. Because I was promised delivery, I had already removed my old bed. Now I’m left with no bed at all—no old bed, no new delivery. They didn’t care about the impact of their mistakes. In my experience, they are crooked and have zero respect for their customers; I’ve never encountered a worse company.

      To make matters worse, after this fiasco they arranged a second delivery. This time, they didn’t bring the box spring. I had ordered a premium mattress, yet they delivered a cheap mattress that likely costs no more than $200. When I requested that they take it back, I was left with a bed that had neither the box spring I needed nor the mattress I ordered. Adding insult to injury, I paid $199 for “white-glove” delivery. The delivery team then informed me that package disposal wasn’t included. Essentially, I paid $199 just for them to set up the bed—and they wouldn’t even remove the packaging.

      I’m still waiting for a resolution regarding the mattress, with no idea how long it will take. This entire ordeal is a clear case of fraud: once they get your money, they don’t care at all. Their level of unprofessionalism and zero ethics is astounding. If you’re considering buying from here, be extremely careful. Double-check that you’re getting exactly what you ordered, and take pictures as evidence. Don’t be fooled by those glowing reviews—there’s zero chance they’re real when dealing with these con artists.

      If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would purchase a couch on December 27, 2024. They told me it would be four weeks for delivery now going on about eight weeks and still no couch. You call customer service. Nobody picks up and when they do answer they give you the runaround. Spoke to someone today and they told me now it’s going to be mid March before I receive the couch. The manager there is horrible. Doesn’t keep in touch. Typical sales person. All they care about is making the sale and getting their money. Worst furniture store ever.

      Updated on 03/16/2025: I ordered a bedroom set in oct, it was delivered as said. We got it Dec 23. Their policy is inspection before it gets into your house. Once it's in, it's yours. My furniture was missing a bed frame, a night stand and every part I did receive was damaged. I wanted a full refund and they would not budge, their compensation was they ordered me new furniture. That was nice of them and I fought for an $800 rebate. I still didn't receive my furniture. My dresser and nightstands are coming on March 27. Still no word of when my bed is coming in. Buyer beware. Sales rep and customer service did the best they could.

      Updated on 01/02/2025: In my option the worse customer care ever. One person to make the decisions and she is not customer friendly. My bedroom set looked used, it came damaged And missing pcs. My footboard looked like it had burn marks on it, missing a night stand, also all the hardware to put the bed together. The compensation was 200. And their customer care package. Buyer beware. Best thing in the store were the sales people. Fabian ** still fighting for me.

      Original Review: I purchased a Bedroom set. They said it's their best seller. Was over 10000 and took 10 weeks to arrive, when it arrived it was wrapped in thin bubble wrap and the pieces that came were all damaged the bed didn't have the hardware and it looked like cigarette marks. It was suppose to have 2 night stands. Only 1 arrived and it was damaged. The dresser had damage. In my opinion they tried to pass off a floor model as new. I went back to the store to pick up a metal frame that doesn't come with the bed so I can sleep. I asked for them to pick up the furniture and no response.

      Purchased an L shaped couch about 5 years ago. Recently cleaned the pillows on the couch and found fluff when I unzipped the pillows. Is it normal production not to enclose the fluff with material? Locks like insulation.
