Melissa of Fort Drum NY (08/09/05)
On July 14, 2005 my husband and I went to the junction to purchase furniture, we were told the furniture would be avaiable in 1 week. 1 week passed no furniture, 2 weeks passed no furniture, when we questioned them the sales man stated the furniture we purchased wasnt avaiable at the time however they would let us havea used set for the same price as the new set that they were charging us for. We declined and stated we wanted to cancell our furniture.. the total price of the furniture we were purchasing was $2,074.19, this was suppose to be a couch, loveseat, a kitchen table, and a coffee table. When we cancelled it the salesman stated that our $115.00 payment that was ALREADY taken out as an allotment from my husbands pay check would be re inbursed to us within 3 days, that was on July 29 , today aug. 9 2005. I called PNCBank,(the junction told me it was PNCBanks job to refund us our payment). PNCBank informed me that it was The Junction Inc.'s responsibilty to refund our payment. So as of now I have not been reimbursed for our payment and never recieved the furniture.
