Called the company several times and each time they sent something different to correct the problem of rolling to the center or sagging in the middle. Nothing helped.

I purchased the bed in 2001 and finally got tired of trying to correct problem.

I purchased a new dual air chamber queen size Select Comfort bed. I set it up according to the directions. When one side is inflated higher than the other side the person on the firmer side feels rolls onto the softer side. I contacted the company and they supplied a piece of foam, but it didn't fix the problem. I obtained some more foam locally, so I could try various thicknesses, but that proved to be in vain... by the time you had enough foam in it to help the original problem then you roll to the other side or it is high in the middle and you roll to either side.

This was just masking an obvious problem which Sleep Comfort denied having, saying no one else was having any problems and that I must not have the bed properly assembled which was nothing more than a cop out. The mattress came with a great almost lifetime warranty, but I was well past the money back guarantee period. I can't blame anyone but myself for not returning it right back to them but I've never seen a company so eager to deny they had a problem. Being a single man, I forced myself to try to ignore the problem but it will always exist.

I have never been able to get a full nights rest although I can adjust one side or the other to be fairly comfortable as long as I am the only person on it... I often wake up sleeping cross ways across both air bags. It is not as comfortable as a decent standard mattress. It is impossible for the bed to work as they describe it and if there are two people on it, neither can get a great nights sleep and you can't force yourself to continue to lay on it because both will probably end up with a back ache. In my personal opinion, everyone should be warned to beware of purchasing this over priced and extremely over rated product and if they are in the market for a decent bed then pass by this product.
