Teresa of Miami, FL August 11, 2009

I ordered a trial of their product.(Acai Berry) for about 3.00 + and I thought that was that. But the following month they charged my credit card 69.99, they gave no contact information to my cc company and now I received a letter saying that I am delinquent for 79.90 Nowhere was it written or was I ever told in any manner that I would be charged again and again or that I would receive any more product, they sent an envelope with what I think might be more of their product bt I have not opened it.

On the envelope it states that I am not allowed to send it back. they have charged my credit card and maxed it out. now they are sending me a collection notice for money not collected.

Several fradulent credit card charges appeared on our bill. Credit card stopped the charges and changed out the card. Several days later a package of herbal supplements arrived that was sent to a old address. The company was contacted - and I was told to return the product and all was fine. Now we received a final notice with a threat of collection. It is noted that there a many similar complaints.

When I ordered the product, I agreed to be part of a survey which is why I received the pills for just shipping and handling. But when I received the product, the invoice said I was going to be charged 79.90. I immediately emailed GNS, requesting an RA number and to stop my auto-shipping. I did not receive the RA number. I called twice only to be put on hold and a recording told me that there were 35 customers ahead of me. A recording also suggested that I email them. So I did email them twice, never receiving an answer.

I called again and finally reached a customer service rep who gave me the RA number and assured me I would get the refund when they received the product. The pills arrived at GNS on February 17th, and I still haven't heard from them, even after emailing them twice more. Can you please help me get my money back? I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Two months ago I ordered a sample product for which I would be charged shipping only. The product came and I didn't want it, so I called and cancelled any future orders. The girl told me it was cancelled and assured me I would receive no more product or charges. No mention was made of a cancellation number and I asked to recive an e-mail that it was cancelled.

The next month I received a 79.90 charge on my card and was assured it would be credited (it wasn't). This month I have a 69.90 charge again. I called and spoke with one person who told me the order never went through therefore there was no way to credit. I then spoke with customer service who said if I didn't have a cancellation number they couldn't credit. They are now 150 ahead and I still don't have any proof that they won't steal another amount next month. I have requested one of the owner's give me a call - I know - that is a laugh. This Company is a rip off company and I plan to file a suit against them to teach them a lesson - but I am sure the amount of profit they have obtained by this false advertising to get a credit card number from thousands of people has been worth the cheating and stealing they have done. Also. I am having the product analyzed to see what if anything is in it.

On 01/10/2009, browsing the internet I notice an advertising for a product that promise to cleanse the body. They had advertised ONE botle free to try and pay only for shipping (less that 6), I don't remember the exact amount. On Jan.13 2009, I noticed a charge for 273.61 and imediatly I contacted my bank and had disputed the amount. The bank reversed the charge but on April 14, 2009 they send me a letter with some copies from the above company and notice me that I will be RE-debited for the amount (273.61) as of April 17,2009.

I contacted the bank and they said that unfortunately notihng can be done becouse they show that an order was placed and they shipped to me. With the bank letter they send me some copies af the paper that GNS provided to proof my order. I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER with GNS besides the sampel that they advertised for free - and pay only forr shipping. I did received the ONE botle/sample wich I did not even opened becouse my phisician said not to used becouse I have a health problem and beside those pills are addictive. Therefore - I never intented to use and or place an order for the product.

Fortheremore, if I would see a Total amount of 273.61 for that order I would never give my debit card info, but calling today and talking with their customer service rep,she said that they automatically send me that shippment becouse supposely I should call and let them know that I am not satisfied with the sample. That I've lerned today, but at the moment when I notice the charge I did cancel my debit card so they can't use it anymore, and disputing the charges I thought that it solve my problem. At the time when I cancel my debit card I had to call all my autopay to notice them my new number (my autopay life insurance and my auto insurance)

Fortunately no physical damage occured becouse I did not took any of the pils, economicaly it has damage. Like i explained above, with my income I would never place an order for that dollars amount first of all and second I did asked and show it to my phisician before I intented to use it.

I recently wrote about being charged for merchandise that had been returned. Since then, I was able to speak with customer service and, after a lenghty time on hold and after explaining my problem to two different people, my problem has been resolved and my bank account has been credited with the 79.90 that had been charged.

I ordered a sample of weight loss pills and was charged 3.97 twice but never recieved anything. On 3/19/2009 this company took out another 79.95 twice and still have not recieved anything from them. I contacted my bank and was informed that they could not do anything for 4-8 weeks and all I had to do is return anything recieved and this company would refun my money. How can I return what I do not get and when ever I call this company all they do is put me on hold or hang up on me. This is totally crazy and told my bank that I would be changing banks but was told that was the way it was and changing banks was my option. I gave Wellsfargo copies of all my documentation and they are still siding with this merchant - this is crazy!!!

I ordered Slim Seduction, which was offered for a free trial period, after which I would be billed 39.90 for each of 2 bottles. Pay only 3.97 shipping at time of order. After trying the product for about a week and a half, decided it wasn't for me. Called and received a return authorization and confirmation numbers. Sent product back via USPS with delivery confirmation tracking service. Product was received back at GNS on 3/20/09. My account was billed 79.90 on 3/22/09. Am now in the process of trying to get ahold of someone there to get my account credited.

I seen an advertizment about ACAI BERRY. They said: New best cleansing weight loss product on the market today. Try for 30 days FREE. I ordered it on 1/23/09. I had to pay 3.97 shipping, (they got you now, they have your account number), then I waited for it to come. I found out about it being a Scam, so I tryed to call and call (21 times) to tell them NO don't send it or canx me from system. But do not take any more money from my account. But on 2/13/09 I received it in the mail. 4 days later On 2/17/09 they took 79.90 out of my account, they did not send me anything else, just the frist bottle that was suppost to be FREE try for 30 days. I finally got someone on the phone and they stopped.

The product did nothing, no cleansing weight loss at all. No reduce for a flat stomach. No 30 day free try out either. I had it for 4 days of hell trying to contact then to stop them before they took money from me, like I heard about, but to late they took the money from my account and I got nothing in return but a bad headacke, stress to make you cry and money gone that I needed real bad. I got SCAMED, so like a dummy I was so mad I trashed everything.

Greg of Chambersburg, PA March 17, 2009

Ordered Product online which claimed to be only pay 3.97 for shipping. As it turns out my credit card was billed an additional 79.90 on Feb 9th and 69.90 on March 3rd. I did call the company and they stated that in the fine print there was a clause that said if not satisfied after 21 days you can return or your card will be charged. And they said that I needed to check that box (which I did not) had that have been the case I would not have ordered the product. Also the 2 charges on my cc were posted 2 different ways as if to throw me off.

Because of these 2 cahrges which were done through my bank I am out 218.00 FOR GARBAGE. I did not authorize this and believe I am due a full refund.
