I bought the Ecoquest Laundry Pure device from a lady who was selling through the company. After 2 months I noticed my clothing dingy, and my washer itself had dirt stains. I was very unhappy with an 800 product, and it was removed within 90 days by the lady who sold it to me. No money was refunded as they had stated--that was what the trial period was for. (Before paying you have a short time to use it to try it). Some of my clothes were ruined as well. The bulb also went out within the 90 day period, and they told me to try replacing that. I told them the bulb was supposed to last 6 months! I absolutely do not recommend this product or the company since they won't back up the product.

I responded to a work from home ad in our local newspaper. I received several phone calls as well as emails in response. Even in visiting the website, I became somewhat irritated that I could not find any information on what their product was.

I went online and typed 'ECOQUEST' into the search engine and found the report on ConsumerAffairs.com.  Through that search I chose to go no further in pursuing any business with the company.  It appears to me that the company pursues bringing more business associates through deceit.

Lindsey of Lincoln, CA October 16, 2007

Lindsey of Lincoln, CA (10/16/07)
I recently heard about the ban on air purifiers that emit ozone. I purchased a Living Air Flair in 2004, thinking that I was doing something good for my family because we lived in Valencia, CA where the air quality is often very poor. We used that machine almost daily. My son developed asthma about 2 months after we started using the machine, but I did not put it together until hearing about this recent ban. I am sickened to hear the truth about ozone and the health consequences it can have, especially on children. Here I am thinking I am making our home a safer place to live and instead I am having my family suffer in a toxic environment. I am outraged and hope there is a class action suit filed against this company ECOQUEST. I cant believe there isn't one already.
