The product was not as described, so we mailed it back on 7-29-02 for a refund and never got one. Tried calling several times and on 1/8/03 sent an email requesting my credit card be refunded, no response.

Poor product gave me additional back problems, with the little income I have and not being able to get my money refunded this has caused me to pay other bills late, and on top of everything I don't even have the product.
