cancelled any further orders by using their web site. had two charges to my debt card 10/28. i called the company and was told they had no record of my cancellation. i told them to cancel it now. i was told that one charge could be refunded as soon as the product was sent back but the other was the second payment on a 14 day trial.

i would not agree to a $165 for one 14-day colon cleanser. the person on the phone would keep speaking while i was talking and told me i would have to show proof of my cancellation with a copy of my email. who keeps emails? as i recall, i just went to their web site which would not have resulted any anything i could keep a copy.

the product does not produce the results claimed. $172 out of my account and i'm not able to stop any further charges to my account if they submit any.
