Robert of Spring Creek, NV October 1, 2009

I ordered a 0.99 trial of a diet supplement that was advertised in an email I received. Soon I began receiving phone calls telling me about the product and saying it would be shipped. I never received the trial product, but noticed a charge on my credit card for 39.95. I called and told them to I only wanted the trial product for 0.99. A couple of days later I received two more charges, one for 79.95 & 74.95. I called again and asked why they were billing me after I told them to cancel any shipments. They said that I had only cancelled one account and that there were two more accounts. I told them to cancel all accounts and got authorization numbers to return the products. I have received only one credit for 39.95. I called again and asked for the refund. They told me I would receive it by Sept 30. No refund. Called again Oct 1 and was told that they had already refunded my account for two items and they would check on the third. I should have never been billed in the first place, but they don't seem to be willing to give my money back.

I ordered a 14 day free trial of acai berry detox and found that I was charged several times in addition to the 4.95 shipping. It was 86.42 charged to my card before the 14 days was up. I called to cancel and had gotten the run around. These people are very rude and don't listen at all. They try to give you all these different numbers to call because they are not a legitimate company. They put different things on your bank statement too. I cancelled my credit card because they took another 88.90 and 39.95. I am disputing the charges with the bank and I reported this to BBB as well. This scam need to stop. They have received a lot of money from consumers. They don't make it easy to call and cancel so they could just take money off your card. Please look into this. I would like a refund from them as soon as possible. I did learn from this and would never order a free trial again.

Requested a sample and somehow they are billing me for a subscription which I specifically clicked "no" because I have to trial the product, Resverstrol. Tried to cancel but get a recording with no confirmation and no answering the phone.

This company makes a claim of trying a product for 1.99. They claim they will ship you out the product, and you have two weeks to return it. If you do not receive it in two weeks, they charge you 87.13 Well, after two weeks I was billed 87.13 but NEVER even received the product. I called them, and they claim it was because I wrote Apartmnt #65 and not Apartment #65. But I am past the trial period and they claim that I have to be stuck with the product.

Well, a week later they wont even send out the product, and they claim they have not shipped it out yet and claim the same story. After searching on google, it seems they tell 50% of their clients this, to insure that they sell a bottle of vitamins for 87.13 and make sure at least half of them never come back. i was one of the unlucky half who never received the product and is down 87.13 Their advertising is completely deceptive and taking advantage of the working society we have in place.

Gina of Paso Robles, CA May 30, 2009

I ordered a free trial of the product Resveratrol. I have not had a chance to try the product so this is not a product complaint but a complaint on how the company handled my customer service call. I called to find out why my bank account was being charged for 87.13. I came to discover that because I did not return the product within 15 days I was now a "member"and would receive a bottle every month and be billed montly. I see how I did not follow up and pay close attention to the terms of service agreement.

I tired to find out why I was being charged a foreign transaction fee from my bank for a company that is supposedly in Florida. They refused to address that issue and then when I asked about a website that was part of the message that they give you while on hold, she also refused to address that issue and kept repeating their site. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she insisted I would receive the same answer and at that time she decided to terminate the call.

I did some research on the company FWM Laboratories and found numerous complaints and bad ratings from the BBB. I am out 87.13 plus 2 foreign transaction fees. I received a cancellation number from the customer service agent and hope that I do not get any more charges although many others have complained that even thought they canceled they were still being charged.

My 8 year old had subcribed to these diet pills online and had used my bank card as a form of payment. When i noticed the charges to my account i had called and cancelled and requested a refund being that the purchase was illegal and unauthorized, they said they had shipped out the product already so to return it and they will refund me back my money. this all happened in late january and early feburary i am still waiting for my refund. i am on my phone now for 30 minutes on hold for a supervisor! i have a confirmation# 403331 which was surposed to be for my refund and i am still waiting for a total amount of 93.52.

an illegal charge to my bank card by a minor!!

Nancy of Hackensack, NJ April 1, 2009

I never ordered the product they sent me. They would not refund my account and told me that the 14 day trial offer expired but I only receved the wrong product March 30. I originally ordered Rez-Max but they sent me Acai Berry pills. I ordered this around March 9, 2009. I never received the product. They told me my 14 day trial offer expired and that I would not be getting a refund. I never ordered Acai Berry. Thats my point.
