I need an email confirmation to indicate that my "Your Wish is Your Command" has been sent priority mail. I ordered at about 1:00 a.m. this morning. It should have started processing by now, but the credit card company said there is no indication of such an order having gone through when I called tonight. There is NO phone number listed on the website. How can I call if I forgot the number and the website doesn't list any? The lady tried to sell me all this other stuff ... I called for the "Your Wish is Your Command" ... NOT for ANYTHING ELSE!

Hello I ordered Kevin Trudeau's debt cures 2 book, but then they attempted to charge me for a delux package. I am not interested in the delux package. Only the main one for 29.95, not the one for 149.95. If that ones arrives in my mail box, I can assure you that the entire thing will be refused. please help me with this. thank you''

Amy of Ft. Lauderdale, FL January 31, 2010

KT was on TV this morning, 1/31/10 pushing his book Debt Cures and advising that it was not avilable in stores. TV show offered book for 19.95. When I called the book cost was really 19.95 plust 12 shipping. Then they went went on and on and on over my repeated protests and expression that all I wanted was the book which was not yet in stores, trying to upsell. All I wanted was the book since it was allegedly not available in stores yet. They would not provide a confirmation number. I hung up phone and searched Amazon about 10 minutes later and discovered that, in fact, the book is available on Amazon for 12 - new. Called back to cancel the order and the same woman advised me that I could not cancel with her. Had to call another 888 number to cancel. That office was not open. I will keep trying but am not confident about refund from them. Will seek assistance from my credit card company.

Thsi book which promises to assist people in navigating the credit industry and get them out of unecessary debt, seems to be a method for KT tio maske more money off of those that need help. If all of the upcharges and "bonus" products were accepted, one could come off of that call in more debt and at an additional 500 to Mr. KT. I am going to get that book from Amazon and see what his scam really is. He should be ashamed of attempting to increase the debt of those that he purports to help by attempting to get them in mroe debt to benefit himself. He should be ashamed of how his people are handling the allegedly simple book order. He should also be ashamed of representing to people on TV that the book is not available in stores when it is and then he subjects the caller to his confusing and high pressure sales tactics. He should be ashamed and sanctioned!

Went to Kevin Trudeau's website...started filling out the information to order the book, got confused because on TV it said the other books and dvd were free...the site started showing extra to purchase what i saw free on tv...exited out of the website..never got a confirmation that i HAD ORDERED the book online. So i called and ordered from # on the television. Received my books WAY faster than quoted online...and charged MORE than i expected for S&H! So i figured i only ordered 1 BOOK!

Today jan. 25, 2010 i received another order i SUPPOSEDLY placed ONLINE! called and the lady WOULD NOT refund my money or help me in any way. I asked to speak to a supervisor. NONE available. Told they would call me in a day or two. From what i've read online they wont call NOR will they refund my money! I am outraged and BROKE! cannot afford this SCAM!

JUSTICE NEEDS TO BE SERVED! 90 in the hole for double set of books i did not order! i am 3 months behind on credit cards and now i am even more broke...money for food! I am outraged and feel scammed! 90 in the hole for double set of books i did not order! i am 3 months behind on credit cards and now i am even more broke....money for food! I made a compliant to the following Governments: Florida Attorney General, U.S. Senators/Congress man of Florida and the Better Business Bureau. The more Complaints governments and politians receive about this issue the faster we can stop Kevin Trudeau SCAM. I recently called for a refund and was told I would be refunded for 19.95. When I asked about the rest of the 37.75. I was told it was shipping and processing fees. After I sent two small books and CD back via U.S. Postal Service for 13.00 with a tracking #. If I'm refunded the 19.95 I would only get back from the entire purchase 7.00. What a ripoff. Specially for me that every dollar makes a difference. I just would like this man to stop his SCAM practices. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It's no way it cost 37.00 dollars for shipping and processing. Kevin Trudeau has been sued by the government and others several times. Thank you for reading my message and hope you can help me and many others that have being scamed by this man. God bless you and God bless America.

On 01/08/2010 I saw a commercial on TV how to get out of debt and get 10,000 free from the goverment if you buy Debtcures2, they don't want you to know by Kevin Trudeau. I called the 1-800- # and quickly I was assisted by an operator for the advertised book of 19.99. Upon completing my order I was charged 57.00. The operator tried to sell my approximately 6 different products.

About two weeks later I received the book. I read the book, debtcures2 and no where in the book was I provided with information how to get 10,000 from the government. As a matter of fact Kevin only provided common knowledge information how to save money like: Don't use you're credit cards, buy food with coupons, don't eat out, don't go to the theather rent from redbox for a 1, unplug electrical devices you don't need when you leave home. He is a SCAM artist.

I'am in debt and I'm trying to get out and I've been doing all the aforementioned advised kevin gave in the book way before I purchased the book. I decided to get a refund and luckly I looked at the small print on the invoice which stated for refunds call a listed 1-800 # to get a RA # to authorize a refund otherwise I would not get my refund.

The total cost of the book was 57.00 and after requesting a refund I was told I would only get 19.99 out of the 57.00. I asked what about the rest of the money and I was told it was for shipping and processing. I don't believe 37.00 dollars was shipping and processing. My refund is pending. I shipped the books back via U.S. Postal Service fror 13.00 with a tracking # because I didn't want anymore negative surprisses.

If I get my refund for 19.99 after paying 13.00 for the return shipment I will only be left with 6.99. I want to get some of the processing and shipping money. 37.00 dollars is alot of money for two small books and a audio CD.

Anita of Myrtle, MO January 20, 2010

I have never sued anyone in my life, but I would join in on a class action suit on this one, without hesitation! For over a year and a half, this company has ignored my request for cancellation, which has resulted in over five hundred dollars, automatically withdrawn from my bank account.

To say that Kevin Trudeau makes misleading statements during his infomercial, would be the kindest statement I could make. Half way through the book, you realize that you are only being directionally sent to other sources of reference. He request you to buy other books, for the information that you were lead to believe, was included in his own. He is a man of many words, often repeating himself by simply rewording the same statements. The cures and solutions he speaks of are not easily obtainable nor are they inexpensive.

These books claim that he is a #1 New York Times Best Selling Author. I personally feel that if this is true, it is not because he is a good writer. He is, in my opinion, only a good salesman. I consider these books as the biggest lemons I have ever purchased. I initially ordered a package deal of three books. Supposedly, buy one get two free. These books have now cost me over five hundred dollars. This company has also breached the security of my personal information. I have been continually verbally and financially insulted, since this whole ordeal began. And I am more than ready to seek compensation.

Leslie of Dacula, GA January 20, 2010

This book is aa scam from the start. it doesn't deliver the "hidden money" it promises...and they charge you 35.85 for shipping and handling...almost the same price as the books themselves! I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK...NOW!

Gloria of Bronx, NY January 19, 2010

Ordered Kevin Trudeau's Debt Cures book for way too much money, but kept getting my credit card charged twice a month for 14.95, plus 24.95, even though I cancelled all of the so called newsletters, they just kept on charging, had to call American Express to block Kevin Trudeau's company. What a scam, if you are not in debt you will be soon.
