Orbitrek

Sonia of San Jose, CA, writes (6/19/01):
Back in Dec. 2000 I ordered an Orbitrek exercise machine from Shop At Home. Right away I sent the lifetime warranty card and before the card could arrive I was calling for replacement parts. Shop At Home referred me back to Orbitrek since the warranty was through them. Within about three weeks I received the part and I was pleased.

And then in March 2001, I ordered another part for replacement. They told me it would arrive in two weeks. And each month since I've called and they keep telling me that it is a back order and it will take about two weeks. Well it is June and those two weeks have not arrived.

The consequences are that I'm out $229.98. And I have this exercise machine just taking up space in my living room. I'm also very upset because I bought this machine so I would not have to go to a gym because I have two small children. Now I can't join a gym because I lost money.
