Jeffrey of Oxford PA (02/24/06) I have attempted to contact them and can not get anyone to talk to me.They don't answer emails and when you get through to customer service they never get back to the call. Hold times are in excess of 1 hour. In more than one case they simply hung up on me after a while. They have taken the $2250.00 out of my account, when the deal was I was suppose to be charged upon delivery. I was given a tracking number with shipping. They have no record of my order. Could you please let me know what I should do at this point, I feel very worried that my money is going to be stolen. I simply want my money back I have no faith that my set will ever be delivered.
