    I purchased a brand new Westinghouse air conditioner, it was installed and didn’t work due to a fault with the Gas, almost 8 weeks later with no contact or update by this company, I phoned them to follow up, after speaking with the customer service team they have apparently escalated my request to get this sorted immediately, I have no confidence in this company at all and will never purchase any of there goods again & No I do not recommend this company

    My concern is the defective portable inverter generator 4000 CV brand new. They gave me a con job trying to say it was my fault. Until I told them I had two identical 4,000 CV generators. The older one is working the newer one locked up so it is defective. I didn't sent them a video showing them this concern. They continued with their bull crap and it's appears to me they have hired people to simply screw the buyer out of returning a defective item and getting their money back.

    I am now taking this concern to the Massachusetts Attorney General consumer protection division. I don't care about their warranty whether it's limited whether it's extended a new generator is supposed to start and run. They make it sound like you never ran a generator before and I've been using generators since before their customer service people were even born. Take my WARNING if you wish? Don't buy any of their products be it a TV, washing machine, refrigerator, generator etc. etc. You're dealing with people with who would sell their own mother for a dollar bill. What you getting is cheap Asian manufacturing being sold to you for top dollar and then if there's any problems they will screw you out of your hard earn money.

      I purchased a new IGEN 5000 from Westinghouse online. It has less than 1 hour on it and the warning and instruction decals shriveled up and are useless and need to be replaced. Westinghouse customer service said they will not send or even sell me new decals, which should be under the factory warranty. DO NOT TRUST WESTINGHOUSE!

      After 2 plus years of having one of these TV, I will NEVER buy another product with their name on it. For no reason it locks up and restarts itself. Can’t change channel to fast or it will lock up. I have been hoping for a software update to fix it, but I don’t think that care. All I can do is warn others to not buy anything that has their name on it.

      Bought a generator in Canada. It worked, but the starting mechanism never worked properly. Westinghouse sent me to a Canadian company for warranty. It is now 6 weeks into the interchange and they have done nothing. Continually ask for more information, don't answer the messages... frustrating. Westinghouse in US tells me that in order to get warranty, I need to get a US address, they will send parts and I can forward it to Canada. They won't fix it, just send parts.

      This blanket is 5 star quality. But when my controller went out less than a year after I purchased it, I had reached out to Westinghouse. They wasted a good bit of my time. I was pretty upset because one of the controllers just went out and it would have just been a simple fix to send another but no, it was a drawn-out process. That was still unresolved. So this was my last comment to them as their rating on how they did and satisfaction level. 0 stars would have been my selection if it was a choice.

      I just needed another controller which cannot be purchased separately. I am rather upset because I loved this blanket, and now I must throw it away. I will find a different brand that can replace parts or that sell parts so I can keep an item more than a year. This was very 😞 and a waste of my time. I understand that things happen but I just needed a part replaced. And nothing could be done about it. So I hope you enjoyed the time spent as I will no longer be purchasing any items from this company or its affiliates as well as placing an honest review on Amazon and Google of my experience with this. Good day.

      We recently purchased the 7500 DFC generator. Went by the manual, everything went well. 2 months later we went to start it and it wouldn't start. Westinghouse was there just a phone call away told us what to do and let them know the results. Apparently we had a faulty battery. Westinghouse is sending us a battery out of courtesy. We were grateful for that and like I say a mom and pop dependability just a phone call away. Thank you Westinghouse!!

      I am on my 4th Westinghouse electric water heater since Feb 2020. All of them have had tank leaks. One was on the same day I got it. This is just bad production all the way around. And it took me over a month last time with no water for them to get me a unit that would hold water without leaking all over my floor. I am currently still waiting to hear back from them on this one. It’s been in for 3 years had 6 year warranty. When I bought my house in 1997 the water heater lasted for over 20 years. The mechanical production of these units and poor workmanship is horrible. After my warranty ends I will never buy Westinghouse again.

      I bought a 65" TV from target February 2025. The TV in October 2025 stopped turning on. I called Westinghouse since it was still under the year warranty. There is ZERO customer service. You get a 3rd party in India who you can't understand and they don't care to help you. I have been told a supervisor will call me back within the hour (for the past 5 days). No one has ever called. I call back and get told they will email me info to start a refund. I never get the email. Then I was told it would take 65 days for my warranty to be reviewed. They don't care to help. Waste of money and time.

      Do not purchase anything from this company. I bought a generator supposed to be for under warranty for 3 years. After using for 7 months it stopped working. I call them, email them. Their response was “they cannot repair the generator because of maintenance problem”. It no making sense. Falsely advertising and not taking responsibility for it.

      Worst television you will ever purchase. Has problem from day 1 of hooking it up. Called their customer service and they tried some stupid reset that made television have lines going through it and now they say take and get it repaired. LOL. What a piece of garbage.       Extremely disappointing. I purchased insurance On a 58 inch TV. After the TV went out less than a year later I Inquired and filed a claim. They told me that they would send me a check. This discluded any type of discount black Friday deal which I got my tv with. I told them there was no way. I'll be able to get the same type of TV 58 inches. For how much they were going to give me and they said tough shit. Horrible company. Horrible call customer satisfaction. Won't help people that pay them money. I recommend going to Costco, and they will allow you to return whatever happens to your t.V. No questions asked. I would give negative stars if I could.

      Do not purchase ANY Westinghouse product, especially generators! I purchased a falsely advertised generator which was supposed to come with wheels and a handle and did not. I tried to order it on their site but it was out of stock. Now, one year later, the battery won’t hold a charge. No one sells this particular battery except Westinghouse. During peak hurricane season, this battery is out of stock through Westinghouse until October 19th, or so I was told. As a result, I have a very heavy product which cannot be used and needs to go to the DUMP!!!

      I want to share my experience with Westinghouse, a company that has been in business for 130 years. I recently purchased their 14,000 BTU Air Conditioner with Heat Mode, drawn by positive reviews and its appealing features, including WiFi capability, remote control, a dehumidifier, a 3-speed fan, a programmable timer, and a window kit. I ordered it through Amazon for $479.00, eager to set it up in my newly finished sunroom in June. However, I encountered some challenges with customer service that I believe could be improved. I reached out multiple times—over 15 emails and phone calls—trying to obtain a return label, which took longer than expected. After some persistence, I finally received the label and carefully repackaged the unit for return.

      I really appreciate the product's features, but I was disappointed with the technical support. After escalating my issue, I spoke with a representative named Seth who informed me that it might take until August for them to receive another unit, which was frustrating. While I am hopeful that this situation can be resolved, I am facing the same issue with the replacement unit; the compressor is not kicking in, and there is no cold air coming from it. I hope my feedback can help in improving the customer service experience for future customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      We were given one Westinghouse tv as a hand me down. Then a few months later, we bought a Westinghouse Roku TV as a replacement for another TV since it was cheap and seemed like a good deal. It has good days and bad.. More bad than good. It freezes up in the middle of a program, the reaction is slow (when you try to rewind, change the volume, etc., it takes forever for the tv to react), the sound quality is horrible.. You have to pretty much turn the TV to the highest volume to hear anything. The picture quality is horrible and glitches during programs. It serves its purpose for now, but I am not a fan of the Westinghouse Brand.
