Patricia of Port Charlotte FL (5/16/03):
Second contact was made by phone. Message left on answering service with no response at all. I don't know how to proceed from here. Will get an estimate for replacing damaged screening, and try to get witness statements as to the damage, but what can I do if Mr. Tracy continues to ignore the situation? Splits in screening have allowed lizards and snakes to enter pool area. I have animals that spend much time in the decking and lanai, and have already had one sick cat from ingesting a captured skunk and I had to chase a snake out. Patricia should have the screen repaired and sue the company in Small Claims Court to recover her expenses. Report Your Experience
